does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My first contact was with the Kohls Reward Center.  This is the complaint I have with [redacted] and how he handled it stating there was nothing more he could do.  That they didn't recognize the Store UPC code.  So, I didn't know where else to turn but to the store where I purchased it.  The store kindly helped me.No need to contact me any further.  Your Rewards Rebate center is in need of help with Customer Service training.

[I did the order and it went through and the credit card was charged, which it shouldn't have been until it shipped.  It still showed available on the website days after my order showing that it was available for purchase.  If at the time of my order it was out of stock it should have been cancelled and my credit card not charged and notified timely, not 4 days later.   A friend of mine ordered the same TV on 11/28 days after I did.  I understand the doorbuster policies but they continued to advertise and have it available for purchase for a long time after I ordered.  This is Bait and Switch I am wanting Kohls to either provide me that TV at the $399 price point or if there are not any then I would like a TV of equal or greater value for that price.   There are many people I have spoken to that have the same issues.  Products appearing available, credit cards charged.  Then the order cancelled. This seems to be the Status quo with Kohls and is very unethical.  When a product is sold out it needs to be unavailable for purchase and removed from their website along with the ability to order it.  If company's keep getting away with this practice without consequences they will continue to do it that way.   It states Kohls policy that credit cards will not be charged until the item ships. Had I known this, since I ordered before black friday.  I could have taken advantage of other sales, which now sadly I cannot due to the unscrupulous business practices done by Kohls.     Also I did a rebate for a Keurig in SEPTEMBER, it shows it is vaild and I should receive it within 30 days of 10/28/16 which I chatted with a rep who told me to give it more time to process.   This is just another example of Kohls unfair, unethical  business practices. I will take this further If I have to.

[redacted] Again I asked why No ID theft fraud account takeover investigation was conducted? They keep bring up removing of the credit file and again avoiding the fact that they have not forwarded to me evidence of why they released information to a 3rd party without my knowledge or consent and why they sent billing statements in violation of the fcba to the wrong address, why my address was changed without my knowledge or permission? why they have returned mail? they are willfully attempting to avoid answering my questions or conduct a through fraud investigation. They still have not sent signed credit card receipts, copy of an application or id used when account was opened, copy of billing statements, copies of tape recorded calls or notes on the account, including the recorded call with mr livingston who advised he would delete the account from the bureaus and how he had seen return mail and would accept 600 plus a deletion. They are not happy because I contacted one of their employees on her cell which is allowed by law and now they are angry and upset, they agreed in the past to delete and accept 600 and delete per [redacted]. this is my last rebuttal then I will request mediation through the Revdex.com. I am being reasonable and they are not.

[redacted] We have repeatedly called the customer service number 1855 564 5705. I have call logs stating how long and how many times we have called. This was the last straw. We gave kohl's plenty of time to fix this. They are still charging us for two Kitchen Aid mixers One we didn't receive one we didThey also said they would honor all kohl's cash and rebate for the second mixer that I received. I was also told not to spend the 40$ kohl's cash cause it was sent from the first order.

We have partnered with UPS, and they have confirmed that our customer used UPS MyChoice to arrange the shipping option. Kohl's is not responsible for the delivery of the package since the customer used her MyChoice account. She would need to pursue claim with UPS. At this time, we consider this...

Our records indicate that on 10/13/15 a credit was processed for the shipping charge of $9.29.  This adjustment will reflect on the customer's bankcard statement.

We are unable to process an order for an item without a form of payment attached. We are unable to send the item without this however, we are happy to honor the sale price of the item.

The provided document is solely a packing slip, and not a valid proof of return. We advise the customer to provide the applicable return receipt for any additional assistance.

The credit appears to have been accepted by the bank. Was new debit/credit card number issued, because it wiould still be accepted by the bank.

Upon review of customers Kohls.com Order 6327303257, it does show we did issue a credit to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 3056. The credit is in the amount of $52.35. It is noted for the customer to re-order the items for the same price if interested. The customer would have to call in to...

by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I agree that they did provide these instructions, as I mentioned in my initial complaint.  But I never stated they never told me how to get a refund...  I reject this ridiculous response as it does not rectify their error.  I have since moved and now live over 45 minutes away from the Kohl's location that the order was originally supposed to be picked up from.  Going to the store is no longer an option for me.  For the Revdex.com's records, and for Kohl's to mail my refund as they promised initially, I will provide my updated address below my response.  I called the store location and was transferred to a manager by the name of [redacted].  Let me first say that I commend [redacted] on quality customer service, the appropriate customer service that I have yet to receive from Kohl's Corporate Customer Service department.  I explained the situation to [redacted] and he said that the store cannot do anything, that I should have received a "reimbursement" email with a barcode that totaled the combined unused gift card and Kohl's cash.  He stated that it normally takes 3-4 days and that he, himself, has received this type of email after he had placed online orders that were subsequently cancelled due to out of stock items.  He stated Customer Service should be able to track the email down that I should have received, see the reference number tied to the reimbursement and see that the funds have not been used and either re-send the email or mail it to me.  Finally, someone from Kohl's that makes sense!!!  Why is he able to understand the process but corporate cannot?  Kohl's, please response and govern yourself accordingly.
