The order had first shipment we received worth $13.98 + 9% tax = $15.24 I paid total $58.06 Per my math $58.06 - $15.24 = $42.82 In my original complaint, I did not consider the coupon I used. Kohls need to pay me $42.82. If my math is wrong, they need to explain how they calculated 27.02

Our records indicate a return was processed for Kohls.com
order number [redacted] on 10/01/15. This merchandise was shipped directly from
the vendor, and not a Kohl’s warehouse. We apologize for the error and the inconvenience.
We also apologize for the lack of assistance received.
Upon review of our customers order, it does show a return credit has been applied for Order 7723173088. We have verified the amount of $60.50 has been applied to the Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted]

What I do not find acceptable and satisfactory is the fact that the company applied the refund and didn't even call or send an email; in fact, I called and emailed them several times trying to rectify the issue and not one person mentioned the refund had already been applied. With today's technology, there is no excuse for not knowing and providing excellent customer service to let the customer know what happened. I felt they knew but thought it was a game to get me riled up. I will NEVER purchase another thing from Khol's.com nor will I take the time to go inside the store. I will be closing my account and will be writing reviews of my experience. Although it may not put a great dent in getting additional customers or orders but at least it will be visible for ALL to see exactly how screwed up the customer service is for this store. You may need to think about hiring someone to come and and facilitate a customer service workshop during a professional development day. FYI

1. As a consumer, I'm innocent in this case. There is no way I can find out the ad is real or fake, and which survey is a good one which one is a spoofed survey. That are not my responsibilities, and I'm not no obligated to do the work for Kohls . That email were sent to peoples inboxes for so many times, and Kohls knows of that, but did not stop it. That is Kohls fault. or I can say Kohls made a purpose to let ad fool people around so it can take advantage of that. 2. Kohls customer representative has promised me a gift card as a reward of my hard work for its survy. But took it back next day. What kind behavior of this? Please explain

Our records indicate we received the customer's complaint through a different channel and have addressed their concerns.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the delay the customer experienced because of their rebate. We received confirmation that a $50.00 Visa prepaid card was mailed on April 23, 2016. Please allow a few more business days to receive.

I would like to add that 14-30 business days to wait for the refund is ridiculous! Initially, they said a refund could take 10 days and now it has lengthened to over a month. I believe that they do this in the hopes that people forget to look for the refund and maybe never get it. I assure you and Kohls that I have put a note in my calendar to keep looking for the refund and if I don't receive it by June 1 (which is RIDICULOUS), then I will begin legal action.

At Kohl's we are proud to offer quality merchandise at a
great price with both our name brand and private label merchandise. We regret
to learn that we have disappointed the customer. In accordance with Kohl’s
standard practices and our desire to keep our loyal customers completely
satisfied...
with their shopping experiences, we would be more than happy to
facilitate a return and refund if the customer is not completely satisfied with
their purchase. They may return any item, at anytime, for a full refund with a
receipt. Returns without a receipt will receive a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit,
good toward any merchandise throughout the store.
Additionally, we request the customer to please advise of
any receipt (0000/0000/0000/0) information. Once we have this information we
will forward it to the buyer for internal review. We apologize for any
disappointment.

I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $132.85. $132.85 was charged to my credit card. The order that was "CLAIMED" to be shipped today wasn't received either. I can only assume that they had the items returned to them. Most importantly there was no mention of the rude, unprofessional, and poor excuse of customer service I was welcomed with when calling there customer service. Its beyond clear now that they have complete disregard for their customers.

We have processed a return for our customer. We have emailed our customer a $15.00 Kohl's Cash and have issued a credit in the amount of $13.59 to the Kohl's Charge used. Shipping will not be reimbursed for the item since it was not a Kohl's error.
