Kohl’s apologizes for any confusion. The only way Kohl’s can combine receipts is for the customer to return all of the items, and then repurchase them all again on the same receipt. This will allow the register to generate a Kohl’s Cash coupon on her entire purchasing balance.Please keep in mind,...
the $10 off of $30 coupon our customer used on her transitions on March 13th is only one per customer. If she chooses to combine receipts then the coupon will only be applied once to her total balance.
We did apply a credit of $8.25 to the Kohl's Charge ending in 6323. We were unable to apply a discount to the Nike item, since it is part of our excluded brands. Excluded Brands: Certain products are not eligible for promotional offers and coupons as outlined below (“Excluded Merchandise”). However, you are able to earn and redeem Kohl’s Cash and YES2YOU Rewards on Excluded Merchandise. The customer's Kohls.com order was placed on 11/28/2015, and the redemption dates of the desired promo code is from 12/2/2015-12/6/2015. We are unable to accommodate the customer's request for an adjustment, as his purchase did not qualify. We apologize for any disappointment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am attaching the front and back of these reward/gift cards. I would be happy if business gives me a resolution in this regard. I spent the money according to the business advertisements to earn these gift cards. Now I cant use them because of the time duration. As a regular customer it hurts me to see kohl's customer service being so unresponsive. I tried to call the customer service several times in this regard and they would tell me that they cant do anything. I hope the business provides a resolution to this problem and honors their reward cards.

Also, inconvenienced to return in my own behalf. Also, when I attempted to call to place new order rather than a new one automatically shipped as I was originally told, customer service gave me hassle regarding placing order at original price and then emailing order number and they will "adjust" to honor sale price but not give me the new discount that was going on...even after having such awful experience. Ridiculous and incompetent service.

one-time courtesy to the customer. We advise our customer to allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear.
We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced on their most recent order. In order to resolve our customer's concern, we will need some information. Can the customer confirm the store location where he spoke to a Manager as well as a name.

I have met all requirements for the $25. I do not have to purchase an item to get the $25 through email. Since this offer is now expired, because it has been so long, why would I have an item on my registry purchased? If the code to get the $25 is now expired, how could the $25 email, just appear in my email once an item is purchased? Since this was never stated in the first place to receive credit. I can't trust that Kohl's would actually follow through and send me my $25, when it was promised from another employee through email when I emailed shortly after the situation started and I never received it then either. Thank you!

Jordan [redacted] While it is true that some credits have been made. The majority have not been made. I have sent the company at least six detailed transaction copies as they were detailed in my account. I have emailed specific order numbers many times combined with specific product SKUs. They continue to ask for details when I continue to provide them they are not acknowledged or responded to. We have returned over 300$ worth of merchandise as was recognizedby the second phone call we made. We have also yet to be credited for interest charges. I have a copy of every email sent and response.
Our records indicate we received his complaint...

channel and have addressed his concerns.
