We are unable to provide immediate credit as the return was processed back to a Kohl's Merchandise Credit. The refund amount was mailed to the customer as previously stated. Please allow the time-frame indicated to receive it.

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the check out process at Kohls.com, there are situations when an out of stock may not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high order volume, damages, etc. Regrettably at this time SKU 95101745 is out of stock,...

Customer
spoke to our Corporate Refunds department today on 03/29/2016. They were able
to locate most of the customer’s purchases on her Kohl’s Charge and were able
to credit her in that manor.
The charges on your charge card were authorizations that
went to your charge card company when you hit "Place Order"; a
customer's funds will be held for each attempted Kohls.com order, until we are
able to systematically verify the order status. Your credit card company holds
these funds; however, these authorizations will drop automatically within
several business days. If the customer continues to have pending authorizations
at this time we advise he contact the following phone number ###-###-#### with his bank.

merchandise to consumers through this site and its retail stores. Kohl's is a retailer, not a wholesaler, and Kohl's does not sell to individuals or dealers for the purpose of resale to others. Kohl's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applied, at Kohl's discretion, to orders placed by the same Kohls.com account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. Upon review of our customer's complaint, it appears we are not able to refund our customers Kohl's Cash. If the customer has any questions or concerns, he would need to call in and speak to a Coordinator at ###-###-####, if he wishes to obtain more specific information. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
Our records
show Kohls.com order #3950430846 was $267.80. The return was processed on
12/30/16 for $214.23. Also, $50.00 was credited back to the customer's account
for the Kohl's Cash earned on the order. On 02/16/16, $3.57 was credited back
for the remaining difference. Additionally, we would like to confirm that no
interest accrued from this order.
If this
refund creates a credit balance on a Kohl's Charge account, we kindly ask the
account owner to contact us directly at ###-###-#### to request a credit
balance refund check. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Upon a customer
purchasing items from our website, the customer is asked by our system to
select the shipping address in which they would like...
their order to be sent to;
customers have the option of either selecting their defaulted address or any
other addresses that are on file. Before the order is fully submitted the
customer’s order is then sent to a review page where the shipping details are
displayed and the customer must click submit to fully authorize the order.
We apologize for the
customer’s discontentment with our ordering process; however we can only ship
to the address that we are given. Kohl’s shipped to the address that was

Upon review of Order 4818129634, it does appear we did process a credit in the amount of $773.79 to our customers Kohl's Charge ending in 6172.
