[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is completely unacceptable. Kohl's admits fault for the order error therefore the money they were able to deduct from my account immediately upon the order date of 10/10/14 should be returned to me in the same way. I should not have to wait again for another 7 days which I have already waited 32 days. I am very disappointed that even the Revdex.com can't get any better customer service from Kohl's than I can. I feel at this time my only hope for a resolution and to make people aware at the biggest online shopping time of the year that Kohl's customer service lacks professionalism and I will be turning this situation over to our local news station to investigate..

Upon
review of Kohls.com order [redacted] our records indicate we received her
complaint through a different channel and have addressed her concerns.

All inquiries made through the Revdex.com are addressed via the same channel. If they would like to speak to someone directly, they would need to contact Kohls.com directly at ###-###-####. Otherwise, the customer can advise us of the desired resolution.

They changed the code number that was for two products to just one product. The same exact number.  I will not be satisfied unless they reimburse me for half of my second order.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration has experienced due to his online order. Please inquire with the customer if the gift cards are in his possesion, if not, we will mail out new ones as soon as possible.

occasion, an item may out-sell our expectations or we may not receive the anticipated stock amounts from our vendors. In addition, please be advised that the selection of merchandise may vary by store. Some merchandise may not be available at every store and merchandise or promotional offers available online at Kohls.com may vary from those offered in Kohl’s stores. In the case of our recent Black Friday ad, we included a disclaimer stating that the Doorbusters specials were available while supplies last. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers.

establishment of prices for Kohl’s merchandise are made by Kohl’s merchandise buyers from the corporate headquarters here in Wisconsin. Prices are established on a chain-wide basis. Each Kohl’s buyer is responsible for a very narrow range of merchandise, which allows them to be experts in their product categories. They do not generally base prices on any one factor. Rather, the buyers consider a number of factors, including the regular prices of Kohl’s competitors nationwide. The weight given to each of these factors and the specific procedure followed to set the price vary with each piece of merchandise. 
After receiving his inquiry, we contacted our watch buying office to investigate the question/concern you raised about the MSRP tag reflecting an incorrect model number. After significant investigation on our end, the buyers determined that there must have been a mis-ticketing of this item. We no longer carry the watch with the MSRP he mentioned, and we apologize for the confusion. Please be assured that Kohl's takes signage and pricing accuracy very seriously. Unfortunately, from time-to-time, human error prevents the perfection for which we always strive. We make every effort to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled and placed with its correct price tag and/or signs.
 
At the time of his purchase, Kohl's was running a Buy-One-Get-One-Half-Off promotional event for this particular Citizen watch.  Even though he purchased just one watch and therefore would have paid full price typically, Kohl's would like to provide a $50 Gift Card. The request for a reorder number impugned my character.  It implies that the items in question were delivered to my address and returned.  Nevertheless, on June 3, after calling the contact number for kohls.com, a male representative reordered the items after confirming non-delivery of the original order.  The number was 5373594717.  The cost was $66.31, which was less than the original order because the price of one item had been reduced.  This amount was charged to my account on June 3.

Revdex.com Response11/18/2016The store manager at the Wheaton location states he followed up with our customer. We just wanted to follow up to verify someone from our store reached out to her.

We apologize for the inconvenience experienced. We have forwarded this complaint to the [redacted] for internal review.

Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed 01/23/16, back to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted]. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

As previously stated, approval is based on several factors and does not guarantee an approval if all factors are not met. Applying for a credit card is an optional decision made by the customer. We are unable to send a $300 gift card as there was no Kohl's error and the optional decision was made by the customer. We stand behind the decision made with the customer's application.

Upon review of the customer's Kohls.com order #[redacted] we are able confirm a return was processed on 07/13/15. The customer has been credited for the order and all associated fees. We decline the customer's request for any additional compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will more than happy to research our customer's inquiry with our rebate department. Once a response is received, we will be happy to reach out to our customer.
