I have requested Kia to provide me with the details of how the vehicle was disposed and the costs of it. I do not accept their statement saying the costs are accurate based on their findings. This is the core of my complaint of their previous responses

The customer accrued late fees as a result of paying late for his July and August...

payments.  The late fees were then communicated to the customer on his monthly statements.
As a courtesy to the customer, we have weaived one of the late fees.

Per our original response, Kia Motors Finance (KMF) takes its commitment to the fair treatment of its customers, and prospective customers, very seriously. KMF will not base any decision on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age or source of income or any other protected classes under applicable laws. 
The lease-end inspection was completed by an independent third party inspection company, who determined the charges in question.  KMF has reviewed the charges and they accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle.

received by KMF, it is paid by KMF and assessed to the customer’s account. We have contacted the Chesapeake City Treasurer to request an abatement for the customer’s 2016 Personal Property Taxes.
The customer’s Personal Property Tax balance will be adjusted if/when an abatement is received from the Chesapeake City Treasurer.

paperwork was faxed to the customer on 2/13/2015 and again on 3/3/2015.
At this time, the timeframe for the extension request has expired due to our not receiving the signed paperwork back from the customer.

See my registered letter to Kia dated 11/22/2017. I have never received a response to it. I maintain that the charge made by Kia is not justified. For one, the vehicle was inspected by the same people who leased it to me in the first place - the KIa operation in Williston Vt - and they found nothing amiss. The second is that the costs mentioned by Kia for these so-called damages are wildly inflated.

I never received a check in the mail, but I also never requested for one either. They are missing the point that they tried to take 377 dollars from a paying customer and did not bother to contact them about the situation themselves. I still refuse to pay any further bills until someone from Kia contacts me themselves.

While KMF is sensitive to the concerns expressed by the customer, it appears...

that there exists some confusion regarding the assessment of Excess Wear and Use charges. 
In the complaint, the customer expresses frustration and concern that there was an assessment of Excess Wear and Use after the return of the Vehicle at lease end. The lease-end inspection is completed by an independent third party inspection company, who determined the charges in question.  It is not completed by a Dealer or an employee of a Dealer.
Additionally, KMF provides our customers with a Lease End kit that includes instruction on completing a self-assessment of Excess Wear and Use charges, providing the customer with both an estimate of liability and the opportunity to have repairs completed prior to returning their leased vehicle.
The Excess Wear and Use charges are accurate and due from the customer.

Clarification KIA finance has harassing me with calls to rectify a deceased persons account which I am not responsible for
