I had paid for airline tickets through Justfly but I needed to cancel one persons flight due to a death in the familyI was aware that there would be a cancelation fee but what I wasn't aware of was the fact that they wouldn't let me use that money to purchase another flight right awayI had to pay for another flight right away and get a credit for the original ticketNot only was I dinged over $for cancelling when I go to use the credit I will be charged another $I did try to use the credit a week after the cancelation but I was on the phone for more than an hour and 1/and I feel I got the run aroundThey would say they can't give me a flight going in the opposite direction (what does this have to do with a credit) then after waiting another 1/hr they tell me I can't fly on the date I requested even though I could see on line that they had several flights open on that dateI had to hang up due to be exhaustion and frustrationI then made arrangements directly with an airlineNow a month later and I am trying to use that credit right now but I have been put on hold for minutes and somehow I doubt they are going to answer my callMy husband had the same experienceWe are out over $I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Do not buy tickets from this company...if you ever have to make changes to the ticket, they will try and extort a huge sum of money from youHere is what they did when I called for making changes to my ticketThey will keep you on hold for 10-mins for every single step like checking for a specific date, checking if the ticket is valid for changes etcThe idea is pretty much to get you to just cancel a non refundable ticket and make an additional $in addition to the fees they have charged initiallyThe price they quote are far higher than what you would see on the airline websites, if you call them to change the ticketAgain the principle is to get you to cancel and have you book something new so that they can squeeze every bit of fees from youAVOID THIS COMPANY! They are out there to make life miserable for their customers

on july-6-I purchase tickets $ to fly on dec-22-2017, due to U.S.A passport issue I have to cancel my reservation, the agent at that point charge me $per passenger a total of $375, at that time she told me I have one year to use it, I call on april-19-to make a new reservation for the end of the year, since they told me I have to used it the same way I did the first one, well she told me I have until July-6-to used the tickets , I got little bit upset because they told me I have a year to use it, I told them that I have to call back because I have to discuss with my wife the issue, since me and my wife agree to fly out on june return on Aug 2018, now they say that there's nothing they can do because the airline policythis is not right, I told them that their customer services need to have a better training, and communication and not playing with customer money is not easy to loose almost $USD
