There customer service is horribleThey issued me the flight tickets, but I was not allowed to board the flight, as our names were not on the flight, even though the iternary showed that we were confirmed to take that flightSo, I complained to their customer serviceBut every time , I called them, it took me hrs to go through from one customer service person to anotherThey kept me on the phone for so longThey did not show any phone number on their website, where I could file a complaintSo, I had to contact them through their sales phone numberSo far, they have not contacted me once regarding the status of my complaint or compensated me for the ordeal , I had to go through, at the airportThis travel agency is not reliable and I would warn, that don't trust the cheap prices they advertiseYou will have to pay so much in future and go through lot of frustration, getting some reply from themThey have the worst possible customer service, I have ever come across in my life
Please do not use this agency to book tickets with, the use tactics like excessive hold times to discourage you from resolving issues, agents will lie to you about the service being provided and mislead you in attempts to charge more for others services not needed or delivered
