The email I sent to JustFly explains my scenarioThis is what I sent to*** today, 11/8/afternoon: "Hello - I was just on the phone with a JustFly representative named, ***.” She just hung up the phone on me without resolving my issueThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and not to mention it was filled with fraudulent and dubiously misleading statementsThe product I purchased (See below) on September 16, is no longer the same product today as result of Lebanon's Prime Minister having resigned from office on Saturday, November 4, Therefore, Beirut is now experiencing a high threat of civil warCountries have now advised their citizens to leave Lebanon as a resultGiven these circumstances, I request a FULL REFUND of my travel ticket as I must cancel my flight at no fault of my ownIf I pursue this flight it is a severe risk to my safety and your representative “***” kept implying that I keep my flight or risk feesHe

I purchased tickets for a vacation and we are unable to fly now, I called to cancel the flight, because I have insurance on the tickets, and they told me that they cannot cancel the ticketsAnd that I can't claim insurance until they email me a cancellation confirmation
They went around in circles about not being able to cancel this purchase, and after I already had lost my patience, they said "you can cancel, but it's $per person"
This company has the worse customer service, the hold time is over mins each time I've called

Issue: Differences in the quoted price as opposed to what is actually charged on the consumer’s credit card after bookingOn 7/19/I purchased tickets to Australia from Justfly*** They sent me an email with booking confirmation for the tickets at a price of $Then I see a charge from JustFly.com in my credit card for $(including a $charge for seat reservations which they did not disclose anywhere), instead of $($1957.64+$27.90)I also checked with the airline and I had no seats assignedI called JustFly*** customer service and they credited back $to my credit card and cancelled the seat assignment (later I had to pay $to the airline for the same seats)They then asked for a screenshot of my credit card statement and after a number of emails and phone calls they sent me email that they will reimburse me $(the correct amount should have been $= $-$- $but I let it go) in business day to my paypal

I had paid for airline tickets through Justfly but I needed to cancel one persons flight due to a death in the familyI was aware that there would be a cancelation fee but what I wasn't aware of was the fact that they wouldn't let me use that money to purchase another flight right awayI had to pay for another flight right away and get a credit for the original ticketNot only was I dinged over $for cancelling when I go to use the credit I will be charged another $I did try to use the credit a week after the cancelation but I was on the phone for more than an hour and 1/and I feel I got the run aroundThey would say they can't give me a flight going in the opposite direction (what does this have to do with a credit) then after waiting another 1/hr they tell me I can't fly on the date I requested even though I could see on line that they had several flights open on that dateI had to hang up due to be exhaustion and frustrationI then made arrangements directly with an airlineNow a month later and I am trying to use that credit right now but I have been put on hold for minutes and somehow I doubt they are going to answer my callMy husband had the same experienceWe are out over $I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I purchased airline tickets from them traveling on Air Canada 6/4/The airline has changed the time of my flight and their policy is if they have a make a change to your flight you can make a change without feesBecause I purchased the tickets through justfly*** I have to make the change with themThey are refusing to do that without charging me the change fees

Last November my wife and I booked three round trip tickets (at $1,800) with a travel agency called Justfl*** for our family to go see our friends in Costa Rica Very suddenly (within the same day of purchasing flights) we had to reschedule our trip because our lodging accommodations changedSo we had to cancel our original tickets and book a different date...I realize cancelling tickets is already a risky business even when dealing directly with the airlines and most often you aren’t able to get a full refundHowever, Justfl*** assured us that if we pay an extra $“cancellation fee” they would give us an $1,credit which we could use to book a flight to Costa Rica anytime before Yesterday we called Justfl*** to redeem our $1,credit and book a flightMy wife was put on hold for an unusually long period of timeThen she was transferred to at least three different people, none of which could find any record of our creditFinally her call was dropped in mid-conversation after she expressed her concern that this seemed very much like a “scam”We are going to try again today to reach someone at Justfl*** who can in any way possible help book our flights to Costa Ricabut it certainly looks as though we were ultimately scammed for a grand total of over $2,

Used "Justfly" for the first time ever to book a domestic flight roundtrip and had a wonderful experience, everything went smoothSoon after booking, I decided to further into some reviews of this company and instantly got "worried" and "stressed out" due to the overwhelming number of negative experiencesHowever, despite the opposition I had a smooth experience all aroundHere are some key points I hope may help anyone worried and/or uncertain:
- Make sure you are in the system:
Go to the official airliner's website (Spirit, American, Delta, United, etc.) and enter your confirmation code and other info into their "Flight Status Checker Tool"Look over the information, check names, date, time, etcto ensure accuracyWhatever information shows on their site is what is in the systemIf you're extra cautious you can even call the airliner (which is typically a toll free number) and it will tell you the what is in the system- ALL flights are non-refundable:
If for any reason you are not able to make the flight and need to cancel, you will not receive a refundWhat is even more strange is they will charge you to cancel and get a refund! Doesn't sound much like a refund to meIf you aren't able to make the flight then just leave it be, the airliner won't wait around if you don't show up- Information / details must be precise:
If you accidentally entered the wrong name(s), date(s), or flight details then don't count on "Justfly" to fulfill it properlyThey will charge you to change anything and in which I've heard even when paid won't get updated within the airliner's / airports system (as if they never requested the change)
- Double check for any additional charges:
When you're booking your flight, keep an eye on that price and ensure it isn't going up significantlyAlso make sure to check your bank statements to ensure there isn't any extra chargesThis is just taking extra precautions- Extremely poor customer service:
Don't waste your time contacting "Justfly" via phone, you will wait a long time, get hung up on, or the representative will insist on some way of getting you to spend more moneyTo sum up JustflyThey are a greedy organization with several schemes to suck more money out of youHowever, their ticket prices are some of the most inexpensive, but is definitely a unreliable company when any problem arisesIf you did everything right on your part then you should be just fineHowever, if you want complete certainty and support with your flight just simply book from one of the airliner's official websiteRecommendation: Book from "Google Flights" or the airliner's official website

Beware- JustFly is not worth the deal you think you're getting! Horrible customer service! Called JulyFly number to inquire about a billing discrepancy between invoice total they provided via email at booking and what was actually charged to my credit cardMy call was bounced around and spoke to several agents who were each confused, unhelpful, and did not speak English very well; difficult to understand, and the agents would just disconnect the call, multiple times! Very frustratingApparently, JustFly only accepts emails for any billing issuesIn addition, when booking, the website contains hidden charges for seat selectionRegular seats, not upgraded extra leg room options, just the function of choosing your seats! This appeared as an extra charge after the fact on my credit cardThey refused to refund this fee after I asked for seat assignment to be removedThey claim the fee is non-refundable however, they never tell you it's an extra charge in the first place!
