reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to meI wanted the credit card to be removed from my credit completely not showing as an inquiry or opened and closed accountToo bad it had to be escalated to this level because not did Chase lose my business but my wife and I have a joint account which we closed and she had another Chase card which she closed.

I had a detailed conversation with their "executed offices" in which they told me there is nothing they can do to resolve the matter and that they would have their boss contact me in the future I asked that they return the balance transfer fee and all interest, and that I would then pay off the account in it's entirety and close my accounts Now I'm waiting to hear back from them I believe that the way they are doing their balance transfer and subsequent changes to my account is deceptive market and a classic bait & switch.Regards,

By the logic of your letter, my families lives were put in jeopardy so you could test the effectiveness of your servicesIs this the typical practice of all the services you offer? Are any of the companies you pass your costumers onto vetted to ensure everyone's safety?
