My interest rate was raised to 29.99% because of a single case of my balance exceeding the credit card limit but only after the interest was added to the balanceI have spoken to Chase several times in an attempt to have the interest rate lowered to a amount and they refusedI have since closed the account, paid more than the minimum due for almost a year to get the balance down and they still will not entertain lowering the rateAfter contacting the Revdex.com, I was contacted by a representative that was supposedly able to help me but once again said she was unable to lower my ratesNow I have to call her back with all my debt information to have an evaluation to see if I qualify for some reduction programI insisted that it would just be easier and less time consuming if they would just lower my rate after all the attempts I have made to show a positive intentShe again said that she could not do that and we had to see if I qualify for some programThis is outrageous and the must consumer unfriendly organization I have ever dealt withThey show no regard for their customers and have absolutely no customer service at allThey only care about milking me for every penny they can get regardless of what my situation isI still have to see the outcome of my "evaluation" but either way, this whole process is ridiculous and I am not seeing any acceptable resolution to the consumer mistreatmentChase is the worse

I didn't receive any letter from Chase regarding this matter Two weeks ago, someone from executive office left me an voicemail I called back several times and there is no response till now Could Chase call me back? There is no resolution neither Sad!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe business responded by telling me that I authorized the duplicate payment dated 04-05-and 04-15- They did refund one of my payments However, they they do not acknowledge their error They sent me the proof of two authorized transactions dated 04-05-and 04-15-2015, but conveniently neglected to acknowledge that I had cancelled the payment dated 04-05- I am sending in the attachment an email acknowledgement from Chase stating that my 04-05-payment was cancelled As such,they made an authorized withdrawl from my bank with regard to the 04-05-payment The fact that they refuse to acknowledge such deed is dishonest

Chase said that they sent a bogus letter to me informing me they would be paying off the credit card I did not want paid off firstThis is ridiculous If I had received that letter none of this would have happenedThis is not resolvedThey should not have paid off that cc firstThey did not notify me at allMy goal was to improve my credit & payoff my credit cards sooner & because of their misjudgement, I am worse off than when I started this nightmare processThey are not a better business & I will never use their services in the future.

**Chase had one lady call me yet she was suppose to call me back and she NEVER responded back to me even after I had to call her office times she ignored me Terrible customer service and horrific corporate response smh these jerks refuse to accept that their employee was in the wrong by telling me she was refusing to help meyou don't treat people like garbage!!! Chase CEO needs to call me asap or I'm going to contact a lawyer.

They have not refund me yet, and their business banker had no original signature for the time I activated the card
