Considering that, if I do not respond to this message in five days, the matter will be deemed resolved, and considering that Chase's message only informs me that I will receive a message in five to seven business days, this response seems wholly inadequateFor if I wait until I hear their response, I will have implicitly conceded that the matter has been resolved, when in fact it has not.Further, my discussion with the Chase representative was simply more of the sameShe was unable to supply me with any evidence that they had sent me a card or a statementBetween July of and March of 2015, repeated requests to gain access to my account information were ignoredAnd though Chase did credit my account for some of the fees and interest, it was but a drop in the bucket in comparison to the total amount accrued over this timeIn addition, all fees accrued since March have been solely on the fees and interestAs a result, the entirety of the remaining balance is comprised of fees and interests I should not have been assessed.Consequently, Chase has failed to perform the duties required of them by law in providing me the documentation explicitly requested time and again over a period of nearly a yearTheir failure to substantiate their claims to the contrary make any response aside from forgiveness of the debt and an apology for their rude treatment of me wholly inadequate
