Poor customer service at the Toledo, OH storeI have emailed twice and called and left a message to discuss how the assistant manager behavedI have received not one response back at all

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure if Jimmy Jazz is aware of how the Revdex.com.org goesOnce you respond it give me days to answer or it will close caseAs of today, their has not been one response stating if the DM was spoken toI bought a Christmas present for my daughter on December 24, over a month ago and I have yet to give it to her, because their seem to be a challenge with finding this DM as it seem the store manager also had the day I filed the complaintThe location where they sold me the two different shoes was [redacted] I can't believe I am going through all of this over $shoes! I have also visited the precinct and was told this location has had issues in the pastI would have to hate filing a small claims against this company as this is ridiculous! [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was refunded after I contacted the Revdex.comI was originally told that I would not be recieving a refund and they would not be tracing the order until the following MondayThe only reason I was refunded is because I contacted the Revdex.comHowever I was expecting quite a few packages over that weekend, I did not sign for the package, unknowingly my husband did If I am sent a free shipping label, I will gladly return themAfter recieving my refund, I went into the store to purchase the same shoes for my year old son, only to find out that they are girl shoesJimmy Jazz doesnt have them listed as neither boy or girl shoes They are royal blue and orange retro [redacted] , they could pass for boys shoes but according to Nike they were designed for a girlWe ended up purchasing another style Jordan [redacted]
