No the issue should not be resolved and closed in favor of the company. The company only assumes the issue has been resolved because no response was given to their direct contact to me and thus they automatically close the support ticket. The company states that I misidentified the promotion and it was only valid with the purchased of a more expensive shark card. It seems strange to me that for the first two responses before I decided to take the issue to the Revdex.com the company stated that no such promotion even existed, and only now do they say yes the promotion did exist but I didn't buy the right product. I will agree that the issue has been resolved if Rockstar can provide proof of a screenshot showing the advertised promotion, as proof that I misidentified it.

Not it was not appropriate and there's no way you can provide any type of proof , without falsifying information ,that I was modding hacking or cheating after my sencond , "which was justified" , temporary ban was lifted. I only played a few hours with a friend, the whole time , who will vouch that I was not . Me and the friend I played with basically did the same thing , he is not banned ! I sold a few of my car's, out of my garage to buy a new model that was available, drove around , tipitcal GTA stuff , nothing more ! I demand a refund , because this company broke there own rules, and banned me permanently, trying to force me into buying a new copy , which I will not !

We reviewed the customer’s account previously and confirmed that his account was appropriately disciplined for violating the game terms and license. The patch released by Rockstar game has again broken the game, whenever a gun fight in game is stared in the games performance is completely destroyed and the game is still 100% unplayable. Rockstar has not fixed this game, not by a long shot. These shoddy patches are why people like me are upset, they fix a small problem and add a whole other whopping problem that completely destroys the game. The problem still stands that I am still not able to play and that is unacceptable.

The tech support should have been able to help me recover at least one of the 15 save game files but instead of helping me recover my save games his suggestion was to uninstall the game which erases all profile data and then download 65 Gigabytes and reinstall which took over 6 hours. Yes I may have been wrong about the technical details of the software. But the tech support should know how to recover one of the saves that was not corrupted. This problem has reoccurred and I was able to recover a different save and continue playing. Tech Support failed in not using the 5 minute fix. They could have helped me recover the data but instead they had me delete all the data and do a 6 hour reinstall. I didn't need a reinstall. They waist my time.

The customer is reporting a problem redeeming a one time activation code issued in September 2013 for pre-order purchasers of GTAV upon the original release of the game, though he states he purchased the game in January 2014 and cannot provide proof of purchase. The [redacted] code is issued and...

If the customer can provide Rockstar customer support representatives with a copy of the [redacted] support ticket that shows [redacted] confirms the two year old [redacted] code is unredeemed, we will be able to help him.
