Again, this company is not answering the complaint and replying with a canned response in place of an answer. Since this company is unwilling to properly address my complaint, the only resolution I want is a complete refund of the purchase price of my game ($59.99), as this company has completely ruined my gaming experience with the game title. If this company is unwilling to resolve my complaint, legal action will be taken, including the exploration of a class action claim against the company for fraud, as Rockstar removes money from online gaming accounts to force customers to buy their expensive in-game currency. This action can be considered a "bait and switch" tactic. I have tried, in good faith, to push for a resolution to my issue and Rockstar is refusing to discuss the issue.

The customer contacted our support team requesting help with modifying his copy of the software in violation of the End User Licensing Agreement.  We do not provide support for third-party modifications of our games or any problems created by installing them.  This case should be closed...

and resolved in favor of the Company.  We will not comment further on this matter.

This customer contacted our Support team about a two-week game ban, and was informed that it had been flagged by our cheater system. We double-checked the account and verified that the detection was correct. Discipline of players who modify the game in violation of the terms...

of use is not within the purview of the Revdex.com. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is the final comment on the case.Also: Here is someone with that same name on a cheating forum talking about modding. (screen capture attached)[redacted]

We again reviewed the customer’s account data and confirmed that all in-game funds removed were illegitimately gained. Any legitimately gained funds were not removed from the account, as the customer is stating that they were. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

I have attached screen shots of the conversations I had with several Rockstar representatives. As you can see, the game is marketed as having the online capability. No where on the shark cards does it say for online use only. Anyone would or could presume that it would work offline as well which is the only way I cared to play the game anyway. I never have and never will care to play the game online. Had I initially known from the get go that these would only work online I would have never purchased them. I've tried several means of communication with Rockstar and if you try and call them they hang the phone up before you can speak. Companies like this need light shed on these situations so that they cannot continually take peoples money. This obviously should be settled in the customers favor as the customer NEVER received what he paid for. Rockstar will tell you, I have to create an online account to receive my in game currency. I never created an account and they do not tell you initially that you need an online account.

 I have been banned multiple times for, as far as I am aware, for no reason. I am forced to assume accounts are randomly banned in an underhanded attempt to scam and cheat their customers. I will be requesting articles in military newspaper on how Rockstar abuses its' customers and disrespects them when they attempt to gather any information to the contrary, which results in ripping off military members. This will be non negotiable if Rockstar continues down this business path.

I do not accept this non sense. Simply put Rockstar has failed to provide or offer any proof of any form in that I did anything wrong. This company continues to do as they please and harass its own customers to the point that many people are now leaving the Rockstar community. I currently have 1273 signatures all willing to follow up in a class action matter if needed. Again I ask that my account be unsuspended and untouched as well as receiving a letter of apology from the president of the company stating that he knows the issues at hand and that he is doing everything possible to stop the terrorist like activity that it is shown by Rockstar doing as they please with no consequence. Or a 59.99 refund for the purchase of the game GTA V

Game codes are regional and the customer bought a purportedly valid local code from an unauthorized retailer in a foreign country. Although we attempted to help the customer, we have determined that it is likely their code is fraudulent. The customer should contact the seller regarding the unusable...

code. This complaint should be resolved and closed in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

We reviewed the customer's account data and have confirmed that the customer was appropriately suspended from GTA Online for violating the game terms and license by cheating in the online mode. The player was initially suspended (twice) and was warned (twice) that a permanent ban from online play...

may result if these actions continued. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of our Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

This business never responded to my resolutions requested. I request a full refund of $59.99 that I paid for this game, as I will never purchase another title that Rockstar puts out. Additionally, since Rockstar chooses to slander me by stating that I modded an account (which I never did), I will be exploring legal action, including any class action remedies, because I'm sure I'm not the only one being treated unfairly by Rockstar. Rockstar provided no proof that my statements are false. I wasted 31 playing days (744 hours) playing a game, only to have the game creator take all of my earned money in an attempt to try and force me to purchase in game currency so they can profit further. In order to resolve this complaint, I am requesting that my account be credited the money they removed that I had earned or Rockstar needs to give me a full refund of $59.99 that I paid for this game. Anything less will not be satisfactory and will result in legal action taken against Rockstar. I also want a written apology.

The customer is misstating, as transferring characters in the way that the customer is requesting is not possible, nor is it advertised as being possible. This complaint is not an appropriate one for the Revdex.com and we request that the complaint be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

are repeated. The customer states that they did not play online before the ban, but they had. This complaint should be resolved and closed in favor of the Company, and this is our final comment on this complaint.
