I already said it's not the [redacted] software. The physical disc was damaged which caused my Xbox to over heat. Get that through your [redacted] heads. Either replace it or face a [redacted] lawsuit, this is your last [redacted] chance

The customer filed a support request that was difficult to understand due to what appears to be use of a translation program. With the additional information in his Revdex.com complaint, we now understand the customer is having problems completing two missions within the game and have sent...
instructions on how to properly complete them. We have reached out to the customer and will resolve the matter via support. This case should be closed in favor of the company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I double-checked and verified that I am the biological daughter of [redacted]. See how easy it is for a person or company to claim something without documentation? Rockstar Games can claim something was double-checked and verified. It doesn't make it true and the failure of Rockstar Games and Pole To Win International to provide documentation to prove their allegations indicates that no such documentation exists. If documentation of impropriety on my part existed Rockstar Games would have provided it by now, a month after their employees stole $103 million in-game currency ($1287.37 USD to purchase)from my characters' account.Clearly Rockstar Games is attempting to obfuscate actual the issue. There has never been a support ticket submitted by me regarding any illegitimately gained in-game currency as the in-game currency stolen by Rockstar Support (or its subcontractor, Pole To Win International) from my in-game characters' account was earned legitimately. I have emails from Rockstar Support showing for what each ticket was submitted and the response from Rockstar staff. Furthermore, Rockstar Support is incapable of determining the provenance of in-game currency of any player with a character created prior to December 2013 or January 2014 due to the failure of Rockstar Games to reset the in-game cash statistics of players infected with the modded money being passed out in the December 2013-January 2014 time period. When Rockstar Games reset the in-game currency of all players in January 2014 the failure to reset the in-game cash statistics resulted in a large percentage of legitimate players, such as myself, appear to have questionable stats when these players (including myself)have engaged in no questionable in-game behaviors. Rockstar Games does not have the capability to ascertain how a player obtained the in-game currency, only the total sum and what percentage was earned by various methods. If Rockstar Games had access to data of when and how in-game currency was obtained, employees of Rockstar Games would have been able to determine the $103 million in-game GTA cash stolen from my account was legitimate. This means the only statistical data employees of Rockstar Games has access to is the in-game stats and Social Club stats, which are the same stats players can see. This means that Rockstar Games is basing the decision to steal $103 million in-game currency ($1287.37 USD to purchase) on the same stats which shows my average time per game session is 213,504,016,364 days, 16 hours, 40 seconds. According to the very stats Rockstar Games is using to justify the claim that the $103 million in-game currency stolen from my account by Rockstar Support my average time playing Grand Theft Auto Online is 584,942,510.58630 YEARS per session. Perhaps Rockstar Games wants to double-check the the validity of my average time per session being 213,504,016,364 DAYS, 16 HOURS, 40 SECONDS. Since this is the only statistical data Rockstar Games has access to it must be correct. My cash statistics (along with a large percentage of players active at that time) were corrupted in December 2013 and January 2014 during a massive influx of counterfeit in-game currency. The counterfeit in-game currency was cleared from all Grand Theft Auto Online players in January 2014. All in-game currency in my characters' account since that reset was earned legitimately. Per this January **, 2014 Rockstar [redacted] article: [redacted] "Anyone who innocently received GTA$ as a result of these exploits but did not engage in cheating to acquire it will not face any further action - the funds will just be removed, and you'll be able to keep any items you currently own."As Rockstar Games decided to steal $103 million in-game currency ($1287.37 USD to purchase) from my in-game account, which had been earned legitimately since approximately January **, 2014, Rockstar Games did pursue further, unwarranted action due to its failure to reset the in-game cash stats.A review of the attachments from me will document the stats Rockstar games is using has my average time per session as 213,504,016,364 DAYS, 16 HOURS, 40 SECONDS and that the statistics Rockstar Games is using to ascertain if the $103 million in-game currency ($1287.37 USD to purchase) was obtained via illegitimate means are flawed. This complaint is not about "Discipline of players who modify the game in violation of the terms of use" as Rockstar wishes it to be framed. This complaint is about fraud on the part of Rockstar Games, Breach of Contract by Rockstar Games, and theft of virtual currency by employees of Rockstar Games (or its subcontractor, Pole To Win International), all of which are under the purview of the Revdex.com. This complaint is not yet resolved as Rockstar Games has shown nothing to validate the claim that the $103 million in-game currency stolen by employees of Rockstar Games from my characters' account was anything other than legitimate. As Rockstar Games is unable or unwilling to produce documentation that the in-game currency taken from me is illegitimate, the Revdex.com should find in my favor that Rockstar Games must reimburse the $103 million in-game currency to my characters' account or provide the $1287.37 USD to purchase the in-game currency.
Sincerely,

We reviewed the customer’s account previously and confirmed that his account was appropriately disciplined for cheating. We do not provide exact details as it would make it easier for cheaters to abuse our system. The customer’s suspension has expired and this “complaint” is essentially a request for information. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I don't know how Rockstar can make an comment on the playability of my game but I can assure them that their patch did nothing to solve the playability problem I am having as it only caused new problems that still render the game unplayable. As I write this message my version of GTA V is still not playable at all. Every update they send out is poorly made because it adds new problems for users like me so even if they fix the intended problem the game will still not be playable. In the 106 days that the game has been out they have still not delivered to me a playable product and it is getting pathetic at this point. Stuttering, low FPS and crashes still plague the game and until they are fixed this game is unplayable.

This matter is being properly handled via our Customer Support system and the customer has already been accommodated for verified claims for earned item loss. Modded items acquired via cheating are against the terms of use and are not replaced if lost. This case should be closed in favor of the company and this will be our last comment.
Our Support team resolved this customer’s issue since the time of this Revdex.com complaint. This should be resolved in favor of the Company.

This complaint has NOT been resolved to my satisfaction. Rockstar is charging $60 for access to an online game and then banning access to the content. Rockstar claims to not ban for mods used in the single player portion of the game (the subject of the forum discussion that Rockstar attached to their response) , yet that is what they are doing. As for the response from Rockstar, I have my own screenshots that I can provide to backup MY claims. However, these are not relevant here. What is relevant is that Rockstar has effectively cheated me out of $60. They have blocked my online access and also introduced game breaking bugs in recent patches. These issues affect potentially millions of players. Rockstar also refuses to provide any proof of their claims by their so called cheater flag system. I am currently in contact with several dozen other players who are having similar problems . It would be in Rockstar's best interest to resolve these issues before they are involved in class action litigation.

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I have been going back and forth with the company on them telling me that I received funds I know I did not and I sent them the verification in which they said they could see the charges so I also sent my bank statement and dates of purchases as asked now thay are saying they don't see any purhcases at all when I have the emails stating they did at first. Now I have another person emailing me asking for the same verification they keep transfereing me around. I am tired of the games they are playing and all I am asking is for them to credit my game account or reimburse me on my card. That is simple

I see no action here from this company to appropriately address my concerns in any manner whatsoever. The complaint made here was a refusal of service with no regard to the end user as to why other than a blanket policy statement which is so vague and expanse that is not possible for me to confidently use their service. I see no possible reason for this to be closed in the Company's favor. They can take my money with no problem, but they can also restrict me from using the software - just because? I call this fraud, especially if more of these events result in permanent banning as they have stated. I am very disappointed with the very apparent lack of integrity here.
