[I have followed EVERY suggestion made multiple times and reported the results back to the company. The company insists on making the EXACT SAME SERIES of suggestions regardless of my response. It took two weeks but I was able to locate two of my daughter's friend's who also had PlayStation 3s, one was a Ps3 slim and the other three same one I have. Both disks played on the slim but neither played on the one that is like mine. This has been reported back to the company via email multiple times and they them return to the first suggestion they made of ensuring that my Ps3 has all necessary updates, that the disks are clean and free of damage, that I have downloaded and installed any available patches, that I create a "temporary profile" and try playing using the new profile. I have done each and every one of these suggestions dozens of times with the exact same result and reported it back to the company. They have been cycling through these exact same suggestions repeatedly for over a month and have added nothing new to actually resolve the issue. I don't feel they even read my response they just robo reply and claim I'm not cooperating when inreality they're just waiting for me to give up. They have no intention of determining why this game whether on a disk or a download refuses to play in certain game systems (Ps3 fat) while playing fine on others Ps3 slims. And that they game crashed after it was downloaded from the PlayStation store should be a clue that the problem is the game NOT the thousands of consoles it keeps crashing.]

Once again I reject this cop out of an answer. I am not requesting information, I am requesting the customer service I am entitled to. They refuse to acknowledge that I have been unfairly banned in the first place, and cannot tell me why, yet every time I log in to gtao I get a ban. I want their help figuring out why my account is triggering heir anti-cheat so I can fix it and they will not give me the time of day. This is an unacceptable response. I will never buy another Rockstar product again, and will openly encourage boycott against this faceless and unhelpful company. I reported a cheater and now I get banned for it. They wont listen to me, they wont look at my video, they wont do anything to let me defend myself when all I want is for them to acknowledge that they made a mistake and help me fix it so my account doesnt get flagged anymore. I guarentee that the next time I log in I will recieve an unfair ban. I will be sure to record every second of my game play so the community can see them banning people for logging in. I am FAR from the only one who has been banned unfairly. The internet forums reveal that this issue is very common. The forums also say all over that reporting hackers will get you banned and saying nothing will never cause a problem. I did the honorable thing and reported the hacker who affected me, and I am being punished for trying to help enforce community standards. Because they are so arrogant and dismissive, they are creating a haven for cheaters and punishing those who report them.Absolutely arrogant responses from the business, non existant customer service and arrogant employees. Never again, Rockstar. This is why gamers are turning against game companies. We are sick of being ignored. You sure didnt have any problem taking my money, though. Three times - ps3, ps4, and pc versions. I transferred my gtao character from ps3 to ps4 and then to pc. Why would I cheat if I cared so much about my character that I paid three times for the same game and same account? Not to mentionall the shark cards I paid for. But never again. Not another dime to this company.

Rockstar Games continues to act in bad faith and refuses to investigate this matter further. It is clear Rockstar Games wishes to discredit the summary of events presented as illegitimate so that they may be cleared of any wrong doing.In this matter I find Rockstar Games consistently refuses to consider the possibility that a computer system can fail and incorrectly flag someone's account for a ban.As Rockstar refuses to discuss this matter in good faith whether by their own customer support portal where inquiries into the matter are immediately rejected or via Revdex.com, I find no other alternative than to ask for intervention by Revdex.com.I have provided all facts from this ordeal lasting several months and Rockstar Games has consistently refused to provide a minimally acceptable level of customer service.To turn around at the last minute and say the claims are not factual after multiple responses by Rockstar Games is both unprofessional and not constructive to a solution.I await Revdex.com's comments on the matter.

All the x-box live sessions are unplayable. This company knows this and continues to deceive everyone. The game is on sale right now on x-box live even though it is not working as it should. None of them have worked. Some of them have contradicted themselves to where I've had to block ports that I was previously told to open but this exact support team. I've reached out many times and have followed through with their advice. However their suggestions only come once a week. So far I've had terrible game play issues with GTA 5 online on online mode. I would like to be reach in a timely manner, more than likely over the phone, the email support is inadequate and it does not seem that the support team even follows the thread as it gets passed on from support member to support member. Quite frankly, no one knows what my problem is, so it's news to me that now rockstar is claiming they have it figured out and it must be am issue with my support system? Keep in mind, I'm not the only one experiencing server issues! I've provided screenshots of my network speed, what more proof do I need to prove that the problem lies with the rockstar servers.

I'd like to address the fact you have absolutely no proof of this nor have I ever cheated in any games that I have played. I have autism and enjoy playing video games to help cope and after spending over $2000 on your in game funds they need to be refunded or I will be filing suit with the Attorney General's. If you do not refund my money or provide proof I will make this a public issue and take this up with the media and I'm sure you all would not appreciate dealing with that. Also I'd like to address the fact that with all that money spent you have absolutely NO right to take away my access from content that I purchased: which is exactly what you have done by banning me with no proof. Clearly someone has had a bad day and you should rethink your response or this will go public. I hope you make the right choice for the sake of yourselves. You're customer service is awful and there is nobody to contact and all of my support tickets have been shut down with no response and I'm sure the media will eat this story up. Now you have your choices and I'm sure you will make the right decision. I cannot control what other modders do and I witness plenty of cheaters dropping money on people that you do nothing about. We reviewed the customer's account data and have confirmed that the customer was appropriately suspended from GTA Online for violating the game terms and end user license. There is no evidence that the customer’s account was ever out of their control. The customer was temporarily suspended, but has...
been warned that a permanent ban from online play may result if these actions are repeated. The customer's suspension has expired. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

I would have preferred a more personalized response / better communication so a lot of confusion and all of this could have been avoided, but My issue is resolved. I was putting on it for two or three months before I added the shark card with no pain no nothing soon as I had the shark card within 2 hours I'm banned permanently and they won't tell me for sure reason why they said it could be this reason this reason for this reason but they won't tell me for sure why they only have him right after $100 shark card wish now I can't use again and I'm out $100 from reading online this happens to multiple people and this company is a scam they do it because they know they can just make money but not on people use their shirt cards you want to do ban you they don't tell you what it was for then just being you and tell you I can't be appealed even though you just been a hundred dollars on a shark card and $60 on a game this company a bunch of crooks

I want a REASON for them banning me. I have NOT KNOWINGLY VIOLATED any of their rules, and trust me, I've read them. I have been having this issue since I reported that a hacker dumped money on me- I did the honest thing, and I got banned for it. Ever since then, I get banned every time I log in. They won't tell me why. I will not accept this answer. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is not customer service, this is shameful.
