I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the response of Flagship one is a lie, there is no other mechanic that install the defective computer that they send in my car, I install it my self, it is Celeste L[redacted] of flagship one who asked her technician what is wrong why the computer that they send did not even crank the starter of my car,the respond of her technician is something wrong with the car, and I told Celeste L[redacted] that her technician is not a car Mechanic,he known nothing about the car. I am a certified car mechanic and certifed electronic technician. this one is base on her e-mail to me.

[Your Answer Here] Again......they did not have my modular in stock and said they would have to get one from an outside source. (In their add on [redacted] they stated they had 10 in stock.) I told them I didn't want one from an outside sourse to cancel my order. They stated that they would. Then a few days later, I received an email stating that thay were keeping the $210.00 for restocking fees. HOW can they charge me a restocking fee, when they do not have the part even in stock.....let alone their building. I read some of their reviews, and they are terrible. Wish I would have known that sooner. Live and learn.

Your company made it seem as if that was tge only optionwas to send it back. I didnt have my unit dor 40 before we sent it back.. Iy took us 10 days to get the unit after placing thr order. You stated my 30 days started once I placed order.. So in reality I had 20 days to return the unit. I can send it back. I would like a refund.

If you would like, I can send you the original unit that you purchased. Paypal already decided that there will be no refund as they have decided that it was not returned in the original condition that it was sent. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
To whom it may concern,l have tried to resolve this issues with the Revdex.com but my case was closed due to not responding after a day, I really believe this should not have happened since people have work during the day and other family matters after work, but im getting off topic. I would like this claim reopened. below I have quoted the company in a statement that is completely untrue. my original part was not working. I took it to a mechanic and was advise that my original body control module was the issue, so I purchased one ( the item I purchased from flagship one inc.) when I received the item 2 weeks later adding the 5 days they advise me it was going to take to receive it in their facility and test it then send it out, I took it to my mechanic to get it installed. right away my mechanic advised me that there was a loud clicking noise coming from the unit, it was defective he advised me to send it back. I didn't receive a replacement till 3 weeks later. at this point the 30 day warranty was voided. might I add most of that time was due to exchanging the item and having it tested at flagship one which took 5 days, once for the first and then the second item. once I received the second item I immediately took it to my mechanic, he advised me again that the unit was not good, per my mechanic he stated " [redacted]" I have available the labor order he charged me and the description of the problem and recommendation. the two replacement both had different issues occur when installed, also as stated on the work order that the system was tested and found that the bcm WAS the problem and not my dash board. again I do not want store credit because for one, the company only sells two items; 1) Body control Modules and 2) Electronic control module. So for them to offer store credit is a rip off.this is a quote from one of the messages from the company: "[redacted] [redacted]"."[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]"let me just add that the first item I did not send it out months later I called and advised as soon as I was advise from my mechanic that the first part in question was bad, same with the second part. yes it took months for me to just receive the items but for me to send them back did not take months. and another fact to point out they claim that I am having the same problem with the parts but in fact I have had different issues with each of the defective items, not just the dash board not working but for example: my dome lights not working, my tail gate wipers/washer was stuck on the on position, my dash board lights did not come on, my turn signals did not come on, my headlights did not come on, my door locks would randomly unlock and lock. and this was all due to the parts provided by flagship one. each time this happened I had to re install my original part and all those problems I just noted would be gone. my mechanic also advise that the item were not just defective but they were the wrong parts, attached is a screen shot of the company's web site, as you can see they have 3 different items for the same part number, each item is program differently for those vehicles dodge/Plymouth/Chrysler. that is why my mechanic recommended a reprogram I would also like to state that their statement on their website is false advertisement: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]!After the hassle that I have gone through with this company all I want is a refund I believe their policies are just a way for them to get away with selling defective parts and stealing consumers hard earned monies. Thank you Very much

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
You call yourselves professionals. I can't believe you don't care if you make a mistake and you want to blame the customer for your mistake. I ordered a computer for a motor swap. Not a motor and transmission swap (just a motor swap). You don't want to fix it or warranty it either. Then you want to make it look like you have to be at the vehicle in order to get it right. This is false. I gave you all the information you need to do the job and get it right. I have attached a copy of my signed receipt from docusign which clearly shows all the information you needed to do the job right. Also you say you don't warranty motor swaps. If you look at the first sentence of my receipt it will state: "all of our items comes with a lifetime warranty". Not some or not motor swaps anywhere on this receipt. The receipt also says motor swap not motor and transmission swap. Clearly you do what ever you want to do and then try to blame your customers for your mistakes. Then you try to get out of the lifetime warranty by saying what ever you want to say. Again since you don't want to fulfill your obligation I am requesting a full refund and a rental vehicle for my customer. While you are trying to play the blame game and get out of your obligations.

Good afternoon, The warranty is also clearly stated on the listing that you purchased the item from (please see here [redacted]). You did not request a return until...
after the item had shipped (requested 4/**/17). As a company, we have labor in testing the units, programming the units, and shipping them out- which is why we charge fees based on a cancellation due to "buyer's remorse" returns. You stated in an email that you purchased this for your father-in-law who had also purchased another module from another company. Please let me know if my explanation has helped.
Item was delivered June [redacted], 2017 via [redacted] Priority mail tracking number [redacted]. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.
Please send the unit back to us at:Flagship One RMA [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Again your information is incorrect ! The original part was returned for testing by your technician within the 30 day window. That unit was sent back to you and received by your office on 6-**-2016 only 8 days after the purchase! The tracking # for that return was [redacted]. I was told by Aida And Jaime over the phone that if the unit failed I would be reimbursed my original payment. You need to listen to your telephone records. The return agreement was satisfied within 10 days of the original purchase !! There were no other agreements , other than the trust I put in your employees word. After the original unit was tested and finally after a week and a half it was returned to me , it to was found to be defective. I talked to Danja throughout this lengthy process , and she assured me that a replacement ECM would be sent out and if it did not wor,k( which it did not) that I would be reimbursed. Unfortunately I found that both your parts are defective as well as the Oral Agreements of your employees.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company has not supplied me with a paid mailing label and not supplying me with proof that a FULL refund will be given without any fees taken out. Defrauding a customer is not good business.

Please refer to the warranty that you provided. "All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee" along with the $85 programming fee. We actually waived the key fee when you stated that you cut the keys and then threw them away. If there was an issue with the computer, either hardware OR software, it would have shown up while being tested on our local vehicle here! It is impossible for there to be a problem inside the unit and only show up on your vehicle. The problem resides on your vehicle, unfortunately. Please bring a copy of the technical service bulletin that I provided in the previous message to your mechanic and ask if they replaced all six (6) coils and plugs with the updated motorcraft units. Again, without this being done, the problem will not resolve itself as the original and most aftermarket coils and plugs were defective from the manufacturer. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.
We offered both a refund on the item and a replacement before the 30 day return period had ended. The customer chose a replacement. However, the customer wanted to return the replacement after that period had ended. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.

I've been trying to contact the customer but haven't been able to get through. Is there a better phone number or time to reach you?
Good afternoon, As I said, we were not able to recreate the problem with the voltage regulator on this unit but we did process a full refund for the customer as a courtesy. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help.
Good afternoon,We did not get the information for the return until recently- certainly not since april [redacted]! We have just wrapped up programming the replacement and should be shipping it out Monday via [redacted] tracking number [redacted]

Please see the listing at [redacted]. In addition to the photo of the item, there is a Chrysler part number. The part number for the unit the customer required is totally different (because they are, after...
all, different parts). Also on the page is the warranty stating that the customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return item for a refund, but after that a store credit option is offered. The return was authorized Dec. [redacted], 2015, leaving two weeks for customer to return item for a refund. These parts are refurbished, tested, and programmed before leaving so we do take a restocking and programming fee if an item is purchased then returned due to buyer's remorse.
