We spoke to the customer over the phone less than an hour ago and he agreed to issue the full value of the unit in store credit that does not expire.

I don’t agree with FlagshipOne for the following reasons:First the computer that FlagshipOne sent to me is defective with simple instructions on to how to program the keys. Upon contact with FlagshipOne for a replacement they immediately accused me of having made a mistake. I am a college graduate and hold several degrees in electronics and automotive. At my own expense I shipped the computer back to the company. While on the phone with, Celeste L[redacted] the manager, wanted me to call them before I insert the key for programming. As she aided me with the key programming she confirmed with me the computer that they sent is defective since the starter will not crank thus not starting car. She sent an RMA (Return Merchandise Acceptance). I then installed the original computer back into the car and able to crank the starter and start the car which I later told them.It is true that the repair shop could not find the random misfire of the spark plug despite their diagnostics that were run on the car as well as changing some parts to brand new, but that is not a valid reason for the FlagshipOne computer to not work. Unlike the original computer which was able to start the car, the computer FlagshipOne shipped to me couldn’t even start it. Therefore, their computer must be defective. The second computer that they shipped is also still defective. Upon receivingthe second computer, Aida,aFlagshipOne representative who again guided me through the second installation, didn’t know what to do after the second computer wouldn’t crank the starter. Finally, because I trusted FlagshipOne to ship a good computer, they trick me into signing a document before they ship the second one. The document informed me that they will charge 20% for restocking, $90 for the key, and $85 for reflushing, plus shipping. This means I will not be refunded since all my money goes into all these fees. When I ordered a product from this company, I expected to receive a product that worked. So far, I haven’t gotten my money’s worth for what I spent, and instead of getting my money back for products that obviously do not work, I am instead being charged and penalized for dealing with a company that does not sell working merchandise and instead hides behind fees to literally gouge consumers of their money for defective products. If the merchandise that they shipped actually worked, then I would agree to the terms, but so far I have only received defective merchandise. I don’t accept any of their offers for store credit because their merchandise seems to be defective and something they can’t even stand behind. I want my money back, if they want their merchandise they can send an RMA rather than charging me for a part that doesn’t even work.If they don’t return my money I will complain to Consumer Bureau and all related Government Authority, as well as advice other consumers not to deal with FlagshipOne.

Good morning, The refund mentioned is the price for the keys and the labor we charge to have them preprogrammed. The listing with keys is here* [redacted] while the listing without keys is...
here [redacted]. The actual price difference is $93. We are not able to pay for locksmith fees- especially if they are attempting to way overcharge you! $175 for the same process is absolutely too high a charge. We do sincerely apologize for our mistake and have done our best to rectify it. As soon as we heard, we created a [redacted] shipping label for the customer to send the unit back to us and even offered to expedite shipping both ways since the customer seemed to be in a hurry. The [redacted] tracking number that was provided at no charge to the customer [redacted]) has not been used yet. As soon as we get the item back we will correct our mistake and expedite it back to the customer as he requested over the phone with us before writing this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
With the amount of time that has passed I was forced to purchase the part elsewhere. I tried numerous times for Flagship to make it right, however, they ignored my voicemail's, e-mails and the extended amount of time left on hold numerous times exchanging the part at this point is not an option those days of exchange have already passed. If this were a reputable company they would not have ignored all my forms of contact to resolve this situation. A reputable company would give a refund. Let's not forget that the part they sent is not even the one they said on their invoice that they were going to send. Part #'s don't even match up. I will accept nothing less than a refund and with that they can have their PCM back.......Your Answer Here]

Unfortunately we are not able to provide return shipping labels. And we cannot promise a full refund until the unit is returned and tested in our testing department. Please let me know if there is any further information that I can provide.

After numerous weeks without a vehicle due to this company's poor customer service and poor time management skills, I was forced to make decisions allowing me to get my vehicle back. I took the FLAWED pcm that the company sent back after my forced request, and had to have a reputable Ford dealership re-program the computer with my VIN number and install it. These actions were unnecessary considering Flagship was supposed to send an already programmed pcm, that my husband would have been capable of installing himself. Having to use Ford has now cost me over $800 dollars. I will not be returning the PCM. In fact, in order to resolve this issue completely, I'll be seeking restitution for the costs incurred through having to seek a Ford dealership to complete the process of restoring my vehicle to a properly working order.

They keep repeating the same thing. Mine is not a 2005 that maybe why your testing isn't not sufficient. This is slot of back and forth. I provided the documentation but you never called ford b/c I called and asked. You don't want to know that you equipment didn't work. This is childish. Stand behind your product and refund my money because your testing isn't even on the right car.(maybe why you keep testing with success but it doesn't work in real environment) they are differen. Smh

Hello, This item was purchased over the phone with us on a recorded phone call. We do not sell re-manufactured ABS modules at all. Just to be sure, I listened to the recorded phone call to make sure our sales rep did not describe it as such; they did not. All our ABS assemblies are used but...
tested units. In accordance with the warranty, a refund was issued minus the 20% restocking fee. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I can email you the phone call, but I wouldn't want to post it in this complaint without your permission since there are personal details in the call.
"I don't know what they had to do to get it working, but the part was supposed to be in working condition when it arrived."All we had to do was the instructions included in the part to complete the Passkey III relearn. If there was anything wrong with this part, wouldn't it have shown up onboard our vehicle? The warranty (which you have repeatedly acknowledged reading and signing) states there is only one replacement before there will be no more replacements. According to the warranty, we are unable to process a refund. If you would like, I can process the $263 as a store credit as the cash refund period has been exhausted.
You stated several times over recorded phone calls (the latest about an hour ago) that the problem was not the PCM- it was the wiring harness. The computer was returned within the time frame for a refund and it was refunded minus the programming and restocking fee which were agreed to when you...
signed the warranty. You were never told $5 fee to recheck (we do not offer any services for $5)- it was $85 for programming. We had to test the unit, program it, and ship it out to you all of which involves time and labor (remember that we do have to pay our employees). Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for a customer's misdiagnosis. Most companies that perform these services refuse to give any kind of refund at all.
I'm sorry for the delay, it took me some time to find the package sent to us. I checked and the keys that were included were never cut to match your ignition. Without this, the vehicle will not start with the keys that were sent out with the unit. I will make sure the keys are still programmed and...

I called at least 8 times...
last week and finally spoke with a [redacted] after four days of calling and they have NOT resolved my issue. I've talked to the [redacted] and all he said was "sorry there is nothing I can do, it is against our policy". I returned the product within 30 days of receiving my product so I expect my money to be returned. They are not workable and they do not live up to their customer service that they talk so highly of. I've never worked with a company who treats their customers this bad.

We are currently awaiting the answers to the mediation department of the customer's bank as this customer filed a dispute on the transaction. I can update as soon as they determine what their decision will be.
Good morning, We were not able to recreate your issue off-board, but as a courtesy we issued a full refund- waiting any associated fees. There was no delay on a refund- you were emailed on Feb [redacted] asking if you preferred a refund or replacement and we received no response until Mar [redacted]. Refund...
was processed and took a couple of days to make it through (refunds normally take 3-5 business days to process through the banks). As stated in the warranty, we are unable to pay for any labor not performed by our company. I would ask the dealership why they replaced a sensor (and charged you for it) without testing the sensor first. That seems like a misdiagnosis on their part and not something that we would be responsible for. This customer has already received a full refund as he requested.
We will send a return authorization form for the customer to send the item back to us.

You are wrong. The original part was returned Via [redacted] within the 30 day period. The tracking # was [redacted]If you followed up on all the phone recordings you would know that a new part was sent out which also failed and your employee told me that if the new unit failed I would be reimbursed . I wonder why is it, If you did not hang up on me why in all this time you have failed to TRY and contact me , either again by phone or email as you have done in the past ? You are peddling fraudulent parts , and taking advantage of the public. It's obvious you do not wish to correct your problems. You are a scam and I will continue to work with the Revdex.com to expose you.
