I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company refusal is showing they refuse to do warranty claim and proves how crooked they are. I guess they would prefer doing this in front of a nudge. I will just contact the news media here in Michigan and show how FS1 treats customers.

[Your Answer Here]I was never told about the fees and I told them that I'd like to just return it since they sent it out and it did not work plus I had sold the Jeep the night before all this if I would have know there were gonna be all the fees I would have waited for the part to come back to me and give it to the buyer of my jeep there part did not work plus I sold the Jeep so why am I paying for there defective part? I never agreed to having all those fees taken out and when they were the guy stated he was as a peon there and it wasn't up to him . Also a received a email after all this from a Sara at the company stating they were testing the part! Why test the part if it was good like they stated I had the Jeep scanned again and it was the pcm I'd like to hear me agree to all the fees they say I agreed to cause it never happened This company doesn't take any responsibility that they sent me a defective part and at this point and time it had been a month later so what was I supposed to do wait another month for them when it's snowing here in Minnesota? As I said I'd like to hear a tape of me saying take all the fees out regardless of what happens I will leave negative feedback where about bet I can about this company that doe t take responsibility for there poor programming of pcm for vehicles SEND ME MY PART BACK THEN!!

We are unable to use [redacted] due to their inablitilty to deliver packages and their habit of billing our company even though we do not provide the labels when we use them. We can use your company's [redacted] label if you would like to provide one.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is based solely on having to deal with a bad company with no integrity to honor and support their customers and stand by their product. Had I been sent the correct keys the first time, this problem may have never happened. Was told by Ford and a private locksmith that what I was sent was incorrect and neither could understand how a company who calls themselves professional would do such a thing. Noted: I was charged $25 per key for actual Ford keys from the dealership, why would I be charged so much for off brand faulty keys.Though I am 100% not happy with the resolution in this case, I will take what I can considering this company does sketchy business. Better to get something back then nothing, can't trust anyone these days, business is dog eat dog..I will not use this company nor will I encourage it to my peers, I will in fact do my best to keep others from using their service.
Sincerely,

If you would like I can post the warranty that you signed at time of purchase! We did upgrade your shipping speed to make up for the delay (at no cost to you). You originally sent the item back for an exchange which we were working on before you decided to cancel. However, as stated in the warranty...
that you agreed to, after 30 days from date of purchase you are ineligible for a refund- but store credit or an exchange are always an option.
As the unit was returned outside of our 30 day refund policy, we have applied a $149 store credit to this customer's account for any future purchase. The code that the customer stated was not present on the PCM upon testing and the IAC system tested out perfectly. Item was purchased on 12/**/15 and...
delivered on 12/**/15 (via [redacted]) but not returned until 01/**/2015. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help.

I did not open a fraudulent dispute with [redacted]. I contacted flagship one and advise them that I had accidentally made two orders I gave them the transaction ID number from [redacted] and they told me that they had no order in accordance with the transaction number that I provided them I told them if they could not find the order I will have to dispute it with [redacted] At that time flagship one told me to dispute it with [redacted] because they have no record of the transaction it was not until a later. During the discussion about the item I did receive that they found the order. The item was never delivered to my home that they are speakinn about and I never received a notification that it was at the post office though after flagship one found the tracking number for me I was able to locate the item which was at the post office since October **. At this time my account manager advised me that I could use that as my replacement part and they would issue the refund for the other part to [redacted] . we have yet to see this refund go into a fact and I am now being accused of making fraudulent disputes. This is a shameful company to do business with.

We have recorded phone calls from [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] stating the the dash board was not working in either the original unit or the first BCM sent to the customer. We have another recorded phone call from [redacted] stating the the dash board was not working on the original BCM, the first BCM we sent, nor the second BCM sent. The BCM has no moving parts to make clicking noises- however, it is attached to the fuse block/relay panel (which was not sold with this BCM) that does make clicking noises.Customer has unit replaced multiple times and we paid for shipping both ways each time- but customer did not ship the items back right away and did keep each item for several weeks before filing complaints. Again, I have the signed warranty agreement if the customer wishes us to post what was agreed to before the original item was shipped. I am not sure what bearing the phrase "[redacted] [redacted]." from our website has on this complaint as the customer did not buy an engine control module, engine control unit, or powertrain control module. What was purchased was a body control module. This customer failed to respond to the complaint leading to it being closeout, in addition to using another name to file a separate complaint about the same sale- a violation of Revdex.com regulations. At this point, we have addressed all customer concerns multiple times, responded within the Revdex.com's required time frame and would like for this 3rd complaint to be closed.
We have issued the refund minus $75 for returning the keys cut to us instead of $90-100. In addition, the reprogramming and restocking fees have been waived. The refund ID is: [redacted]. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.
Before customer filed this dispute, they requested that we sent the unit back to them for their dealership to take a look at it. At no cost to customer, we sent it back via [redacted] Next Day Air [redacted] shipping [redacted]. If the customer wishes, they can send the unit back for a refund. Please...

I'm sorry but this is not at all true. You asked if we totally disable the security system which we do not do. We program these units to your VIN (vehicle information number). Your vehicle from the factory has Jeep/Chrysler's Sentry Key Immobilizer Module (SKIM). You stated that you have a problem...
with your SKIM system. If the PCM/ECM does not receive the correct data from the SKIM system, the vehicle will not start. The problem with your SKIM system has to be repaired before replacing the PCM/ECM will help. You can verify that your vehicle has SKIM by contacting your local dealer and asking if the vehicle was sold with sales code GXX. Alternatively, you can check [redacted] and go to the equipment tab to see the Sentry Key system is present on this vin. Under the terms of the warranty, you still have time to return this for a partial refund. Please let me know if you would like to send it back.
Customer asked for a replacement through a phone call after filing this complaint. It was already delivered via [redacted] tracking number: [redacted]

No refund was ever offered. Refund had to be forced from seller through ebay's grievance procedure. There are more lies in seller's response than truths. Very dissatisfied with this seller.

Please see the listing at [redacted]. Returns must be received within 30 days from date of purchase in order to qualify for a refund. After that, store credit is applied to the account automatically.
Good morning, I'm sorry for any confusion, but the listing states that there are 30 days from date of purchase to refund (please see here [redacted]). In addition, you signed a warranty after...
purchase reconfirming this, and another time when you signed our RMA form agreeing to our return policy. A store credit has already been applied to your account. If you would like, I can black out any personal information and post these agreements. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The manager told me my money would be refunded. I have all the recordings and video of the dysfunctional computers. I have a talkshow that I will exhibit all of this information about this company fraudulent business practices. [redacted]

Customer opened a return through [redacted], but [redacted] closed it out saying that we (the seller) did not have to refund the customer because the unit was not returned in the original condition (the keys were cut and unable to be used by another customer). We didn't think that was particularly fair so we...
offered a partial refund to the customer (minus the stated programming fees and the fees for the keys which could not be re-used). We have offered this to the customer, or to ship it back to the customer. Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help.
