I would like to add that they were supposed to send me the revised bill over a week ago and I just got it today. They additionally made excuses for the salesperson that lied to me, so I do not deem this a trustworthy company at this point. They didn't have an explanation why their chat doesn't work and that their email addresses are unable to accept incoming emails..

The representative did not mention any pricing, did state that it was a free sample, and was blatantly disrespectful and lied during the multiple times he called and harassed myself and my maintenance technician. Butch, expressed that he was appalled by the representative's actions and would have him in the office. The response that I am reading, is not reflective of the conversation that I had with him in reg[redacted]s to what happened. These men are very defensive and combatant and run a very fraudulent business. The item has been shipped back, so I am wiping my hands of this scam.
