I did speak to [redacted] as indicated in his response and he did agree to send out a pick-up ticket and credit our account in full. However, he maintains that [redacted] and myself discussed an order. We did not do so as clearly defined in the phone logs I have submitted. Because [redacted] continues to deny the true contents of the conversation, I will not be withdrawing my complaint as I originally agreed to. I will not agree to something that did not happen or to something I did not say nor agree to. [redacted]

When I first asked to return the product, they refused to issue me a [redacted] call tag. Then weeks later I was contacted by Butch Reed who offered me a [redacted] call tag and asked that in return I take back my initial complaint. Why would I do that? This company clearly targets small business owners by having their smooth talking sales people cold call them and offer free samples that come with hefty bills. Then after you receive your "order" another box will magically appear that somehow didn't make it on the [redacted] truck.. and along with that comes ANOTHER bill. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Yes, I changed my mind. I would much rather throw their product into my dumpster and let them eat the cost of it. They deserve it. Hello Revdex.com – 1.  I first was contacted by Debbie with ICL asking about the invoice numbers that I was referencing.  I provided them to her verbally as well as via email.2.  I then received a phone call from Mr. Butch R[redacted].  He was very pleasant and apologetic and explained that he had reprimanded the GM who was rude, Tim P[redacted].  He then stated that if Mr. P[redacted] acts in this manner again, he would not retain his position with the company.3.  Mr. R[redacted] then stated that he would clear any outstanding invoices and we could “keep the last shipment free of charge”.  I explained to Mr. R[redacted] that was nice of him, but we received nothing, so there was nothing for me to keep free of charge.4.  Mr. R[redacted] then asked me to withdraw the complaint with Revdex.com.  I explained that I was concerned about the continuation of the practices of his company.  He then tried to explain to me that some of the prior complaints on the Revdex.com site were due to employees ordering their product without their manager’s approval.  I doubt this as fact, which is why I would like to have the complaint remain posted please.5.  After my phone call from Mr. R[redacted], Debbie then again left a message for me regarding the complaint.  I did not return this call since I had already dealt with ICL enough.6.  There has been too much time and effort with ICL.  We never ordered anything, yet received invoices.  We asked to have the invoices removed and to stop contacting us, only to be verbally accosted by GM Tim P[redacted].  Then, we have had to deal with the constant back and forth.  I definitely appreciate the professionalism and calm communications from Mr. R[redacted] and Debbie.  If the product that ICL sells is in fact a great product, then that is what the sales persons with ICL should focus on, not predatory sales tactics.Thank you.
