I am rejecting this response because: thank youThey called me and said they had it on the 10th but can't deliver until the 18thThe lady said no way they can deliver soonerIs there anyway you can have them deliver at the beginning of the week since we have to make arrangements for them to come? The lady wasn't very pleasantI don't want to come off picky, but, I ordered this machine over months ago and paid a lot and it's frustrating that I can't use itI went to you guys because I wanted a reputable company and did read reviews but took a chance because you can't always believe what you readIt's unfortunate that I am in the same position.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Today, June 2015, Luis, a technician, came to install the motor that had arrived at my home on June Luis immediately declared that the motor was not the problemHis diagnosis was a failed DisplayThe Display was not transmitting a signal to the motorFurther he diagnosed that the power input transformer was the incorrect modelMy unit was shipped with a 9V transformer but since my unit does not have a cooling fan it only requires a 6V TransformerFurther he says that it is "possible" that the 9V Transformer damaged the Display unitAgain, new parts were ordered and those parts will be sent to my home and a technician will be called to come and repair my unitThe projected time is 2-weeksPersonally I am ready for a refund and the manufacturer can come haul this thing away
