I am rejecting this response because:Correct on the refund I credit the Revdex.com for the refundThe pressure they applied to your company forced you to respond and apply the refund As for the delivery dates, your advertisement clearly stated up to three weeks for delivery, not to weeksBlaming the delivery company for your organizations failure is inexcusableYou hired the shipping company, they are your business partnerYou need to be aware of their business practices as they represent your organizationThese are advertising practices Never once did your organization attempt to expedite resolve the matterWe were forced to endure minute hold times for customer service support, this is plainly ridiculousBased on this experience we will share our experiences with our friends and family and avoid ProForm and NordicTrack in future purchases
