However, I have yet to hear back from anyone in regarding how I will be compensated for the inconvenience. I finally heard from the delivery guy today July 10th, and he said he wouldn't be able to deliver my treadmill till next weekSo again, I'm still left waiting, without the product I purchased

I am rejecting this response because it is unclear in your response if you will pay for the return shipping as well In a follow up message received from a representative earlier in the week, your company said I would have to pay for return shipping and restocking which is going to be close to the cost of the machine itself, leaving me out a lot of money for a returned order I called to cancel before it shipped It feels like you're giving me no choice but to accept this order, or pay the same amount of money for nothing

I am rejecting this response because:The technician was out yesterday January 31, 2016...he has been out other times for the same issues and they continue to return within a week or soUntil we have used the machine consistently for at least a two week period and see that the habitual squeeking while running or walking on the treadmill has dissipated we will be keeping this complaint openThe lack pf response and ability to get a truthful answer from this company leads me to believe we will have continued issues if the problem comes backThe technician told me the day he called the company to check on the ETA of the parts they told him the parts were out of stock which was shortly after I filed the complaint and then all of a sudden they shipped the partsTerrible service for sureThe technician also told me that if the squeak returns, which sounds like a rusty hamster wheel to the tenth power, that he has done everything in his power to fix itI feel this treadmill is a lemon as we continue to have issuesWe just want to make sure that we do not get written off as we have been with past issues
