Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is now Friday November 25th, another to days after they've told me my refund was processing for the third time and I have still not received the full refundOn Oct there was a credit of $543, but the charge for the treadmill was and the order was cancelled four days later before I ever received the treadmill I've now been told times back to back that my full refund was processing and to wait to days for it to show up on my Fortiva account and it still has notNot only that, but because they've waited an entire month and a half now to process anything, I've been forced to make a $payment on a treadmill that I do not possess with money that I don't have to wasteAND Fortiva has charged me a $interest fee on a purchase that was supposed to be no interest for months and on an account that was set up through NordictrackIt still advertises months no interest on the website and even asked the sales person when I made the original purchase if it was in fact no interest and was guaranteed that it wasSo, not only do I not have my 1895.37, but I'm out an additional $I have included the latest statement [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not ask for a refundYour company said they refused to ship me another machineI do not have a problem with MDX shipping it here but I do have a problem with Spirit Delivery doing the in home service as they dropped the original treadmill while being very unprofessional then accused me of making a comment about one of them being Spanish and that was a lieOne guy was on the phone while the other guy by himself was trying to move a pd machineI asked for both of them to carry it before he dropped it and he ignored meThey also wanted to block other cars in while they pulled the machine out of the truck and I told them they had to park in the visitors spot which was across from my apt so they were being nastyAfter he dropped it I got really upset and they started putting it back in the truck and said they refused to take it in my house even though I told them to do so to see if it was damagedIt is your responsibility to get someone to bring to my home and not mine and telling me they are the only ones in the area is a lie as this is a large metropolitan area and why would you use a service that is one hour from my houseWork that out and I will reorder and I want to be given a discount for all the [redacted] that I have been throughIt took the machine weeks to get here, your reviews on the Revdex.com and Google are horrible and so is Spirit DeliveryJust because you are the only ones that have IFit you are banking it will get you afloat but look at Sears nowThat will be you someday if you keep treating everyone so bad Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted] * [redacted] , I want to apologize for the poor experience that you have had while trying to get your machine fixedAfter reviewing your account, I do see that your machine is located in your garagePer the users manual that came with your product "Keep the treadmill indoors, away from moisture and dustDo not put the treadmill in a garage or covered patio, or near water." Because your machine is located in your garage, it does void all warrantyI see that you have been informed that your machine needs to be moved into a climate controlled area, with a dedicated breakerUntil this is done and we have photo proof, we are unable to continue forward fixing your machine

I see we have parts and service setup, at this time we have to proceed with repairThe manufacture warranty covers repairs, not replacementsSince you have had your machine over year, there is also no way to return the unitWhat I can do is make sure if you need anymore parts and service, I will expedite it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The replacement console that was received on 3/15/delivered by UPS was damaged The huge box that contained the console was only being held together by plastic strip There were no staples, tape or other means to keep the box together When I opened up the box to install the replacement console I noticed that the handle at the base of the console was broken where it goes out to meet the side bars of the treadmill This is totally unacceptable I demand that a new replacement console be sent to me immediately within week at the company's expense including shipping Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I got in contact with the company and was not hung up on Saturday, January At that point I was told that Icon fitness knowingly sent to me an incorrect unit due to the fact that they were out of stock on the original unitI asked under whose authorization and they said whoever shipped it to me After discussion and negotiation, I was offered a wireless heart rate monitor as compensation for my time and hassle in this matterThe representative on Saturday said he did not know why I was repeatedly told it was not Icon who shipped the wrong itemAs evidence I have a shipping receipt from icon with the correct item listed, though a different unit was sentUpon receipt of my wireless heart rate monitor, I will gladly consider this matter closed to my satisfaction The account is under my other email address, [redacted] @optonline.netUp until Saturday no one had even bothered to open up a case for me, they just blew off the whole matter Sincerely, [redacted]
