11/10/17, the user submitted the same *** receipt dated 11/8/in an attempt to receive the same offer credit that she received on 11/8/On 11/14/17, the user submitted the same *** receipt dated 11/8/in an attempt to receive the same offer credit that she received on 11/8/On 11/16/17, the user submitted the same *** receipt dated 11/8/in an attempt to receive the same offer credit that she received on 11/8/and the receipt was marked as "Too Old" because it was dated outside of the 7-day submission time frameOn 11/20/17, the user submitted the same *** receipt dated 11/8/17, but this time the user tampered the date on the receipt to reflect a date of 11/18/17, as provided by the attached image. According to Ibotta's Terms of Use, Section 10.1, users may not submit purchase information that is considered one of the following: false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to redeem offers with Ibotta. Upon further review of the user's account, the user has attempted to submit the same receipt for various purchases, sometimes in excess of seven (7) timesAs Ibotta knows that a user may accidentally submit the same receipt, we do not deactivate users for doing so, in most casesUnfortunately, we are firm in our decision to deactivate this user and she has violated our Terms on numerous occasions for the sole purpose of fraudulently earning Ibotta creditWe appreciate the user's understanding and cooperation. Their evaluation is still to this day is inaccurateAll the receipts that I have submitted was not invalid and I purchased every thing that I claimed credit forThe last receipt was rejected because they claimed there was nothing on the receipt to claimI really think that you all should investigate their practice of disclaiming customersIf I was someone who just let it go because I felt it was not worth my time because the money was to small they again would have profits from my transactionThink of the amount that they possible could have profited from from the ones that did not talk the same avenue I hadI thanked them for opening up my account so I could clear it out but I am no longer dealing with a company which shows such dishonest practices I also would like to say that if they continue to treat the people that way they should not be in business which deals with the publicThank you
