Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUnfortunately, we are firm in our decision to maintain deactivationIn response to the user's claim, the user cut out a portion of another receipt from the same retailer which is why the font and the ink is the sameWe know that the user cut out a portion of the receipt because the top portion of the cut out line item is covering part of the "previous" line item's skuYou can also see the edging of the cut out line item and that the cut out is irregular and jaggedTherefore, we do not believe that this is a result of a receipt being folded or falling to the bottom of a bag. Revdex.com:This is a cookie cutter response and I know it will not be any different I did nothing wrong and had submitted all my receipt from day one this way but just because I asked a question and when sending in the receipt for the QUESTION ONLY not to get a rebate I cut off the date The date on a *** receipt is Black with white lettering iBotta please contact *** because you have an issue with how it is done If what I had been doing was wrong I would assume I would have been contacted sometime during the months I had been submitting receipts but I heard nothing I have deleted the app and refuse to do business with a company who can not seem to figure out what their policies are iBotta accused me of doing something wrong and questioned my integrity and that is not okay

We work with brands to deliver high-quality rebates to our users, who we pay cash to, for items being purchased and retainedWhen users operate outside our Terms of Use they are breaking this contractIf we allowed our users to continue this behavior we would jeopardize our reputation and relationship with our brand affiliates and other users.
