Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountThe user wrote our Care Team on 1/6/stating that her device was lost/stolen on 1/5/(user stated, "yesterday") and that her Ibotta account was deactivatedHowever, the tampered receipts in question date back to 12/24/17, when the
device was not stolenTherefore, we believe that the actions taken on the account to tamper receipts in order to receive Ibotta credit, were in fact committed by this user. In review of the pictures included in this message, you can see on one image that the receipt edges do not line upIn fact, the lower portion of the receipt was submitted in excess of ten different times with different tops of the receiptIn the second image, you can see several discrepancies in font, receipt format, and ink styleIn this image, the user taped a date from a retailer receipt onto another receipt and then pasted the same bottom portion from the first image on top of the remainder of the receipt. As a result, we are firm in our decision to keep this account deactivated and all funds forfeited as it is Ibotta's understanding that the user is intentionally fabricating receipts in order to receive Ibotta creditWe hope this provides clarity and are available for further questionsThank you for your cooperation and understanding

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountOn 1/24/18, the user's account was deactivated for multiple accounts sharing a device and the user in question having more than one earning account with IbottaOur Team was able to find three separate accounts with the user's
information. However, on 1/31/18, the user was reactivated with the understanding that up to two earning accounts may share a deviceAlso, a single user may have one earning accountOn the same date, full access to the user's account was restored and the user has continued to earn on her account.
