[redacted] with Horizon was perfect. He called to let me know he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was super-nice and professional, made sure to cover his shoes when coming in the house, explained everything well, tuned up our a/c quietly and efficiently then gave us advice on maintaining our system. The system needed more coolant than our service deal gave, so the "repair" was somewhat expensive, but we were prepared for that, and the cost is on par with what we were expecting. Everything's working great and we're ready for the 90-degree temperatures forecast for this week. We took the service plan so we'll see Horizon again next year - thanks [redacted] J! :-)

[redacted] was out to my house today and installed the parts he ordered did a tune up and went over everything he did. [redacted] is the only technician I want to work on my units. ps give [redacted] a raise

We had our new heater and air conditioner serviced for the first time today for the yearly maintenance. We found the technician SMC to be very helpful in explaining the thermostat settings for the Winter and Summer humidity settings. He also showed respect for our home by wearing shoe covers since it was wet outside from the rain.

Had scheduled air conditioning inspection. Horizon technician [redacted]. was there on time, respectful of my property (eg wore shoe covers in the house) and very professional and efficient in performing the inspection. He advised and left a summary of equipment upgrade options I might consider and offered to schedule a follow-up on upgrade options if I wanted. Very satisfied with technician Tom W. and my overall experience.

[redacted] & his associate showed up on time. They were professional & courteous. the job was completed in a timely fashion and we were more than satisfied with the workmanship. You get what you pay for & Horizon services certainly charges you a premium. I spoke to my brother in law after the fact and was told that he could have done the job for $100.00 plus approx. $20.00 but I would have to wait until the weekend. Horizon services charged me $476.00 ! Yikes!!!

[redacted] came to open a clogged kitchen drain. He called to announce his arrival time ( exactly as I requested) and presented a picture business card upon arrival. He worked professionally and neatly. He was in and out in under an hour, and left the work zone neater than he found it.

He also provided some tips on keeping the drains clean and cleaning the disposal.

Review: My name is [redacted]. The name of my business is [redacted].In Feb. of 2013, I contacted Horizon Services about installing a new A/C Unit in my business. I explained that the existing unit needed to be replaced, and I wanted to insure my customers comfort when the weather became warm. We reached an agreement and decided on an installation date. There were problems from the beginning, even before it was ever turned on, when during a heavy rain, due to faulty installation, on a busy Friday night water poured in causing me loss of business. They repaired that issue. Then the first hot day that necessitated air conditioning, the unit cooled the business for a few hours, then shut itself off. Horizon came out to check the problem, they say it was fixed, but it has NEVER COOLED THE BAR SINCE! I've had them out many times. They say that I need to do other things to fix the problem!! Why would I spend $12,000 on something unless I was assured it would keep my customers cool and comfortable! They sold me this unit on the basis that it would keep my business cool, and IT NEVER HAS! I tried to work it out with them again and again to no avail. If their unit couldn't do the job it was purchased to do, then they need to replace and or refund my money. I have lost thousands of dollars in business because of this! I don't know where else to turn. Please Help!Desired Settlement: Since the unit cooled sufficiently the first time it went on, but not at all since it shut it self off, I believe that they need to either replace the unit, or refund all my money.

Technician was pleasant, professional, but not pushy. This lead to signing up for a service plan!

We have been using Horizon Services for a few years and they have always been FANTASTIC... until last week. We had a new AC unit installed and a few days later, it was making a horrible noise. They sent a service tech out who was ignorant, unprofessional, and argumentative. He told us that the noise we heard was within factory specification and that our amperage was much more than expected???? We literally threw him out of our house... Within two hours a new tech was in our home. Diagnosed and fixed the problem, like Horizon always does.... we are again happy

The Horizon Techs were very professional and were here within an hour of my call. They were very helpful to resolve my problem.

[redacted]. was my technician today, and provided excellent service. He explained what was wrong, and how he would proceed to fix the problem in simple terms. When I had a question about my thermostat, he showed me what to do. "[redacted]" was prompt and professional in his manner, as all Horizon technicians have been, when visiting us. I strongly recommend Horizon to take care of your plumbing and heating issues. You are in good hands with [redacted]
