[redacted]. came out to my home to inspect my failing hot water heater. He was there on time, and could not have been more professional. I am in a business where I have to give people bad news all day, but even though Ryan suggested I get a new water heater, he was courteous, professional, and nice. He explained everything completely. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He was even able to address some of the gas line issues that feed the hot water heater, as I live in a very cool old house with some really old issues. I could not be happier with the service provided.

[redacted] was very pleasant. Asking if I needed anything. Had a question as soon as he walked in regarding my touch pad. He looked at it and said he wanted to go down at look at heater first. Then when he was finished explained key pad and set all temperatures for heat and air with wake times and sleep.

When leaving he said if I have a problem with it in the future to call Horizon an ask for him that he will call me back and instruct me what to do.

[redacted] came to do take a look at my system, and spent the time to go through not only what he gad initially been dispatched to do, but also all the supporting parts and found issues that I had not even realized were there. He took the time to explain the issues, show the results of the tests, and explain what was needed (particularly since they had been caused by me trying to fix things myself in the past). I will certainly let the experts do their thing, and am very happy with the service they have provided - thanks!

I called Horizon to have work done to replace a bathroom sink and they were out the next day first thing in the morning to give us a quote. They gave me the usual 4 hour window for someone to arrive. [redacted] arrived sooner than I expected and was friendly & knowledgeable about the house's old plumbing. Keith was quick, thorough, and clean. Problem solved for the price quoted. No push to do other work. No hard sale for additional products or services.

We had a water leak into our garage. Horizon came within 3 hours. Our technician, [redacted], was courteous, efficient and very personable. He also knew what he was doing. Great job, [redacted]!!!!

Horizon was great! We had no heat, called Horizon and they were here within 30 minutes. [redacted] was friendly and explained everything he did very well. We appreciate the quick, friendly, and effective service.

The Horizon Tech [redacted]. came out to attempt to clear a drain I was previously told was broken and would cost about $3000 to replace. [redacted] explained he would attempt to clear the drain and if unsuccessful then he would advise me of other options. [redacted] cleared the drain without any problems and saved me $2901. I appreciated his step by step explanation while he worked. I am a very satisfied customer.

[redacted]i came to my home at 8:05 am. He walked me through the process

and explained what he was going to do to accomplish the job. He showed me

a picture on the Internet of old piping which I did not have, so I was reassured there would be no surprises. He snaked my drain and got it running free and clear.

The price was exactly as quoted. [redacted] was a comfortable person to have in

my home.

The plumber identified the issue and informed me about additional cost. His auger was stuck so since he needed to remove the toilet and charged additional money to remove the toilet. The job was done right.

[redacted] was professional and friendly; A pleasant change from our previous HVAC contractor. [redacted] described what was going to take placed and performed the maintenance service quickly. He explained our new maintenance agreement in detail and made additional recommendations for maintaining and upgrading our HVAC system.

I had the occasion to request Horizon Services to come to my single family residence and conduct a two-zone air conditioner tune up. The representative, ([redacted].) showed up at my home on time. He appeared well dressed and conducted himself with the utmost respect for me and my home. The technician took approx three hours to do the job. He was the exact opposite of every other prior technician that did service on our home,(in that he wasn't in any rush to get to the next job and he didn't get repeated calls from his office or irate customers that he was late for their job). He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He explained everything and did not pressure us to purchase any add-on services, (he only explained the potential issues that could result as a consequence of the 11 year old system that we have). I found the technician and Horizon to be outstanding and far and away-superior to all of the previous workers from other companies. I will never consider any other companies to service my home, if any further promises arise.

We had a heater checkup by Horizon today. The technician was Donald [redacted]. Very polite and professional. I would recommend him highly!

Everything was completed as promised. Technician was clean cut, courteous and very professional. He provided me with information and suggestions which I found helpful.
