Charles M. was prompt both times he came to service our heater. We was also professional and friendly and solved our problem of no heat in December very quickly!

Had a error free visit and oil heater service completed today by the Horizon HVAC technician. Clean, friendly, effective, knowledgeable, and wore booties the entire time while working in our home. Adds on TV are truthful. Horizon employees care about the service they provide and the customers they support. Not a single complaint. Refreshing to deal with, and I plan to continue my support of this Horizon team.

Horizon Services took my emergency call for service for a clogged waste line around 3PM. [redacted].the technician arrived here around 4PM. He looked at everything and told me what he was going to do, and proceeded to take care of the problem. It took about an hour as he had to change his game plan mid stream. But he wanted to make it work and promised he would have the line open again before he left. He did. Excellent service, friendly service and most of all competent service all around.. I would not hesitate to recommend [redacted] and Horizon Services to anyone based on this first experience. The company I usually deal with, Service Mark, made an appointment for me in the afternoon, I waited all day to the appointment time and they called around 3 PM and said there was an unfortunate mistake and that they did not do the kind of service I needed. They left me high and dry on this problem. Horizon did not.

AC out in the middle of a heat wave. I called Horizon services at 7:15 AM and they had a technician out later the same day. The technician, [redacted]., arrived as scheduled, was professional and courteous, and most importantly, fixed the issue in a matter of less than 30 minutes. Great job by [redacted]. and Horizon Services!

I was very pleased with my HVAC Maintenance Technician at our AC tune-up appointment. He called ahead, arrived on time, and was courteous and knowledgeable. He even allowed my young children to help when he checked the indoor component by having them hold a flashlight or read the numbers on the gauge. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problems with our system that needed repair and to answer the many questions I had about repair vs. repacement. He helped me schedule an appointment with a home climate specialist prior to his departure.

[redacted]. came to investigate a leak under the tub, determined plumbing was lose and completed a courteousy tighten of the plumbing. He was very polite as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend him for future repairs/issues to anyone seeking services.

Kenneth H. was very helpful. He gave me valuable information in regards to our drainage system. Kenneth was very effecient. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Overall great experience using Horizon Services. Second time I used them in a four month span. Each time they were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

[redacted] was extremely professional, and handled our plumbing problem with expeditiously, and efficiently. He carefully went through the broken pipes in our basement, and pinpointed the exact source of the leak, and how it could be repaired. I was extremely happy with his service!!!
