Frank was on-time, very knowledgeable, and very professional.

Technicians very prompt, courteous and gave a great explanation of services, features of faucet, and costs.

Our maintenance technician, [redacted], was courteous and ultimately diagnosed our problem caused by incorrect installation of the furnace exhaust ventilation by our install (not Horizon). I was extremely happy that the problem was found through his persistance.

Another great experience with Horizon. [redacted]. was prompt, professional, and welcomed/answered any questions I had.

We have had Horizon out now on several occasions - new heater/air conditioner and several plumbing/leaks/stopped up drain problems. Always super professional, always come when they say, always listening.
