[redacted] arrived on time , he put on those cool orange booties and was courteous and polite, went right to work on my yearly heater check-up. he used a meter to check the exhaust fumes and the efficiency of my 37 year old heater. he pointed out that a newer unit would be more efficient and recommended getting one soon.

Frank did a great job servicing our heat and explaining ways to extend the life of our system. He did a great job explaining options for when the times came to replace our old system. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

[redacted]. was my Horizon technician that installed a hot water heater for me today. I intially called for an estimate, but the price was good and decided to have the unit installed. A few hours later, the old unit was out and the new one was in. Bill was very professional, protected his shoes and covered the floors with canvas tarps, was polite and made sure we understood the operations of the unit before he left. He also checked all of the faucets and made sure we were good to go. I would definate recommend Horizon.

To Whom It May Concern:

Last week, my wife and I had a faulty tub stopper. As we both very much like to read in the bathtub, we needed professional help -- and fast!

[redacted] came t our rescue, and, with his trusty assistant, they pulled out all the bad plumbing pieces and replaced them with new pieces without any fuss or muss or mess. The price was fair, and their work was very professional.

While finishing up this job, [redacted] noticed that our old hot water heater was leaking a bit. He checked the date of the heater, and it was obvious that we were past due for a new one.

As we live in a condo, there are only certain new heaters that would fit here, and we asked [redacted] to see if he could find one ASAP. He did! He returned today, September 15, and installed the new hot water heater. this was a labor of love as he had to shut off water, move the new tank in after he removed the old one, weld & solder pieces and connections, and NOT set off the smoke alarm or the sprinkler. [redacted] stayed a long time until he got the job done RIGHT. We are very satisfied with his work!!!!
