Of course, technicians came at designated time. [redacted] and assistant were very nice and friendly. [redacted] explained what was happening with the heater and what part I should have replaced in order to have the system working properly. (which I wasn't charged for) He also explained about the Micro Power Guard and how it would help to filter the air. I agreed to have it insalled.

I have always had good experiences with the technicians in my home.

Called Horizon Services with an AC problem. The technician [redacted]. was on time, knowledgable and very respectful. I would highly recomment this company for any AC issues.

Review: I purchased a new HVAC Lennox system from Horizon Services in November 2013. The signed contract stated I would receive a $600 Rebate from Lennox in approxamately 6 weeks. In approxamately 6 weeks I received a check from Lennox for $250. I called Horizon Services Customer Service and have been trying to get my $350 that is owed to me. As of today, February 25, 2014 I still have not received it. I have spoken and called Horizon Services many times. I feel like I'm just getting the run around.

Ken was very courteous and had our stopped up drains cleared quickly. An added bonus to the great service was that the drains had been cleared last December and were guaranteed for a year, so no bill!

My hot water heater broke and was leaking. When I called around for estimates Horizon was the only company that answered in person right away. I was scheduled for an immediate visit for an estimate. [redacted] came out in about 15 minutes, quickly assessed the situation and offered options. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to install the same day and completed in just over an hour ! He explained everything and showed me how it worked. [redacted] knows his business and made me feel confident that I made the right choice in choosing Horizon. [redacted] is a true asset to the company!

He did the full work-up of the unit and did a great job explaining and informing me of all of the ins and outs of what he was doing.
