Scott was so helpful! He did his usual furnace cleaning/inspection and then got my old gas fireplace pilot lit and taught me how to use it.

Carlos inspected and performed maintenance on my 20-year-old furnace. He was thorough, courteous and answered my questions based on years of expertise. I'll be calling and asking for him again in the future - excellent service!

Alex called 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived in that time and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He seemed to be very thorough and all of my expectations were exceeded. He completed a furnace tune up and replaced the whole house humidifier canister.

Home Heating Services Inc and their staff are thorough, professional and take the time to make sure you know what is going on and what needs to be done to correct everything. Scott took the time to call and get us part replacement costs and give us several options to consider going forward. They won our business and are the only furnace service we will use from now on!!

Outstanding service! Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable and even more important, patient when diagnosing the problem with my furnace. He arrived early contacting me in advance, so my afternoon was not wasted waiting on the service technician to arrive and put booties on his shoes before entering the house. After he arrived the furnace started to work, knowing it could fail again he ran multiple diagnostics and determined it was a faulty gas valve. A quick call back to the shop, with the part delivered and installed to prevent a very cold night. He did a great job of getting everything put back together and up running.

Alex described each part of the service he performed on our furnace. He was very knowledgeble. He was very personable and seems to enjoy his job. He also has two dogs at home; dog-people are good people at heart. :>)

I am a first time customer. The staff that booked my appointment were very courteous and explained the details well. Alex arrived within the time span scheduled and presented himself in a professional manner. He performed a very thorough inspection and fortunately no discrepancies were found. I intend to use Home Heating Services for future service.

The estimator made a mistake on the size of furnace needed. This caused a 1 day delay on the install. Not trilled about that, but mistakes do happen. When the correct unit arrived, one of the their senior techs, Carlos, showed up to install it. He was supposed to have a helper, but the helper never showed. Carlos managed the install by himself and stayed extra late to make sure everything was working properly.

Overall I am pleased with their work and the price was reasonable. If you decide to use this company, ask for Carlos to do the install. He is great and you won't be disappointed with the quality of his work.

I'm very glad to have found Home Heating Service, Inc. It's never a pleasant experience when your heat goes out right before a snow storm. Even though they were fully booked, they were able to send someone out after hours, next day. Alex was extremely professional and was able to explain the cause of the issues we were experiencing. He took time to make recommendations and didn't rush, even though our appointment was outside of normal business hours. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vendor.

Bret was on time, professional, and courteous. He answered all my questions, did a full cleaning, check and testing of our furnace. Replaced the humidifier pad and cleaned up after the job. Pleasure to have professional knowledgeable technicians do HVAC tasks in my home.
