Had an issue with my exhaust vent out side. Carlos came by gave me two qouts one to fix the whole pipe and one to repair. He said if we just do the repairs would be easy. He said my service fee for him first coming out would be taken off the total cost, when scheduling the work I ask the customer service lady if he comes back out would that be off, she said no we just wont charge it again, after I told her the tech said it would be taken off she said fine if that is what he said. She was rude about it. Once he came out he then said it would be hard since the pipe was in the wall so told me he has to put a hole in my drywall to get to the pipe. Then said he would have to charge me an extra 50$ I agreed, he put a 2 foot hole in my drywall not replacing it. Now down to the final cost he charged me extra 100$ not 50$ and told my wife that is what we agreed on so she paid. When calling him to see why it was 100$ more he said because it took longer but will give me 10% off and never did still waiting. The tech was not honest and upfront and the Customers service is not good!!

Everything was as promised. Clint called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arrived within the time frame they specified. He found the problem quickly fixed it and was on his way I have heat again two thumbs up

Home Heating Service Inc has a Very Responsive team. Jarred answered my call promptly, positively, and courteously; then, offered a Tech to arrive between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. At 8:55 received an advance arrival call from Alex W. stating he would arrive in 10 minutes. (under snowy weather conditions) Upon prompt arrival he performed the tasks as defined on the invoice in a courteous and friendly manner. He advised me what he was going to do, did it, then summarized what he had just done. He found the likely problem. He corrected the maintenance issue successfully. He was efficient and careful to a put on his "booties" upon each entry of our home. I appreciated his introducing himself to my wife establishing his respect and customer service skills. Your are to be proud of Alex representing Home Heating Service so very well.

My heater was coming on and then shutting down. I called and they got me in same day. Clint came and walked my roommate thru what was wrong and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. And the price can't be beat. I will be using home heating from now on.
