Did a very good job, very professional

During this last winter blast I noticed there was not heat from the furnace. Called several contractors but they were not able to come out till next week. Called Home Heating and they had openings the next day. Made an appointment and Alex came out this afternoon. He checked the thermostat and found the furnace calling for heat and the furnace flashing flame sensor error. He checked and found a faulty ignitor which he replaced. He thoroughly checked the furnace and humidifier and found that they were operating properly. Alex was very professional and explained everything in detail to us. Will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work with furnace or A/C needs.

Clint came to conduct an AC check to turn it on for the season. As promised he called when he was on his way and arrived in the time he told me. He was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing. Though I didn't look over his shoulder, he seemed to spend enough time checking out our system to make sure it was functioning properly. He emailed a detailed report upon completion. My expectations were completely met.

Got AC from Home Heating Services. Marcus and Alex did the install. They were very professional and courteous. I appreciate their taking the time to explain the system to me once the install was finished and testing the system to make sure it worked and my family and I were satisfied.

I called them for a second opinion. Another furnace company, which I have since learned is known for conning customers & fear tactics, had quoted me huge problems & sky high repair prices & I was terrified, but also skeptical.

Thankfully, I found HHS on Angie's List & with 150 A ratings, I knew I had finally found a reputable furnace company w/expertise & integrity. Fred was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and explained everything to me clearly. He did a thorough assessment and made some minor adjustments. Turns out, the furnace is fine!

Service provider was polite, completed the inspection of my air conditioner, explained what he did and went over the the condition of the various parts of the unit, noting that it was an old unit and was nearing the end of it's working properly.

Carlos is always professional and so good at explaining what they are doing and how it will affect my household. Today he and Michael removed my existing water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heat exchanger. We need the City Inspector to"okay" all the work tomorrow before Carlos can actually start the tankless water heater to get hot water.

In addition, I also used a coupon they offered, so the price was lower. They offered several financing packages, and I took advantage of one of them.

I have used Home Heating for several years, and I happily refer them. All of the employees I've had contact with have always been very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent and quick service from the whole company. Derrick came right out when we requested and went over our options, the installation of the new furnace was scheduled promptly, and the service guys who did the actually installation were efficient, professional, open to questions and had great senses of humor. Had used home heating before, and will continue to use them. Recommend the company highly.

From our initial phone call, to get an estimate on replacing our heat and a/c, we were treated to friendly, knowledgeable professionals. Derek came out, explained what we had and what his calculations showed we needed to have. He was clear on options, pricing and timelines. When Marcus and Alex came to do the work they were right on time and finished the job in less time than we anticipated. They did a great job of protecting our floors, etc. They spent all the time we needed to answer questions and address any concerns. We knew when they left that everyone in their company was just a phone call away at any time. We got exactly what we were looking for and are very happy, not only with the product but especially the great people at Home Heating Service.

Carlos called to tell me he was enroute to my home. He called again to report a traffic delay and the possibility of being a few minutes late. Checked fireplace and found the problem and took care of it quickly. He checked for carbon monoxide and gas leak and other items. He was pleasant , thorough, and explained all that he had done.

Brett cleaned and serviced our furnace and water heater. He answered all our questions and reprogrammed our thermostat. We were pleased with his service.

Called and got the appointment time I requested. Arrived on time with advance phone call before arrival. Alex was knowledgeable and thorough; and was friendly as well. The charges were reasonable. I highly recommend both Home Heating Service Inc. and Alex.

Great customer service. Carlos showed up within 2 hours of my call during a snowstorm to fix my furnace yesterday. Friendly, courteous and efficient. I have used HHS services 3 times in the past 2 years and each time was very pleased with them. I definitely recommend this company for furnace and air conditioning needs.
