Scott inspected our furnace and was a great source of information about heating systems and safety. Polite, courteous and straight forward with a sense of humor. We will continue with this service, without a doubt.

Home Heating Service, Inc., installed our original heating system 26 years ago and upgraded it with air conditioning about 10 years later. They have provided excellent quality service every year since then. Alex has provided our service numerous times, and he is an excellent technician. He called us before arriving for our latest annual servicing appointment, and was right on time. He handled everything quickly and professionally, and we could not have been more satisfied. Alex and Home Heating Service have our highest recommendation.

Exceptional!!! My a/c stopped working, called Home Heating Service, and Carlos came out the same day! Carlos was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly replace a bad switch, restoring my a/c to operational status. And he consistently wore booties over his shoes even though I told him it wasn't necessary. A true professional!

I have used Home Heating twice recently. Both times, the technicians (first Brett, and this time Scott) we're knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I recommend Home Heating without reservation, and will use them again when my poor old AC needs replacing. Thanks also to Michelle for her courteous service and getting me the quick help I needed.

Awesome experience with Home Heating! I made the mistake of using one of the high dollar super aggressive air filters in my A/C and ended up stressing my unit a bit much. I called Home Heating after reading the reviews of just about every company listed and felt comfortable using them...best decision ever! They were prompt, courteous, very reasonably priced and the senior tech that came out to my house (Max) was very knowledgeable about what my current problems were, what might potentially turn into a problem, and didn't make me feel pressured into unnecessary purchases with his suggestions. I felt like I could trust these guys and they delivered. The air in my home is cold as ever and it didn't leave me with a huge hole in my wallet.

I was so impressed that I went ahead and set up my furnace service with them while Max was there! The next day, Alex *** came out to perform the furnace service and was just as awesome. These guys know their stuff and check all the boxes (value for service, timeliness, quality work, and honest). Take my word and don't look any further!

I had 3 crews of professionals that completed Air Duct cleaning and Sealing, Attic insulation, and Air Condition and Furnace installation. Each technician had a great attitude, extremely professional, and were very concerned about correcting my AC issues. I noticed their professionalism when they arrived on time and slipped on shoe covers before entering my home.
I wasted time and money with another company that never completed the job. This is when I read the reviews for Home Heating and I am happy I called Jasmine for my first appointment.

Where do I start?
AWESOME experience from the beginning meeting Jared the sales rep, to 4 days later when the friendly, personable and most importantly professional service techs arrived for the install of my first ever AC unit in this home and the complete replacement of the 25-year-old heater.

This was not going to be an easy install (photos) because the heater and hot water tank were in the basement crawl space. Such a tight fit that I despised having to change the filter when needed.

When Marcus and Joel arrived, they quickly assessed that the hot water heater just installed 1 year ago by another contractor wasn't installed correctly to code. Long story short, Marcus and Joel assured me that they would make another contractors error and sloppiness right and legal, at zero charge "because it's the right thing to do". Their work was executed with precision and professionalism. 5 Stars...Need I say more!

I've used Home Heating Service for years. They know what they're doing and finish the job regardless how long it takes. Professionalism and customer satisfaction is foremost with this company and all who work there!!

Clint did a fantastic job, he understood my needs and took care of them in a professional manner. But even beyond that he took pains to make sure I understood the whole process and all that it involved and what else needed to be done in the future. His customer service attitude which was 100% is why I will call them back when I need other services with HVAC. If it had not been for that great customer service I would not have called them back again.

Home Heating Service, Inc. provided stellar service. Our Navian tankless water heater went out 5 days ago, and our plumber had a family emergency and couldn't help us until the following week

We live in a rural area (50 miles east of Colorado Springs), so we asked Home Heating Service if they would drive to our area. They made an exception and drove to our area and waived the trip charge.

Scott B. from Home Heating Service provided excellent customer service! He had to replace a zone valve for the water heater and he drove a total of an hour to get the part, and our tankless water heater was working the same day!

Scott B. gave me alot of detailed information on maintenance of our *** tankless water heater going forward. He did a great job in a short amount of time and cleaned up afterwards.

I recommend Home Heating Service, Inc. to any new customers. This is a very reputable, family owned business.

Everything from the estimate (Jared) through the installation (Alex) was quick and painless. Competitive pricing, friendly team members, rapid responses... what more could you ask for? And the installation area was cleaner when Alex finished than when he started the job. You don't often luck into service of that quality. Thanks!

Max did a really great job diagnosing my air conditioning problem. He offered options for the repair, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Hopefully our agreed course of action will prove effective, since it was a lower cost option. I have used Home Heating Service a number of times over the past 10 years. They provide prompt, courteous and reasonable priced service. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has need for heating or air conditioning service.

This company was responsive to our urgent need for A/C repair during this hot week. Fortunately, our repair was simple, and we appreciated the honest technician. They were able to send Fred out on the same day as I called which was wonderful!! Chelsea was friendly and kind when I called, too, and we will consider using them for our future HVAC needs.

I'm leaving my review on Revdex.com because this is where I found the A+ that helped me select this company. My AC went out and I was thinking the worst: "Oh great I'm gonna have to buy a new AC".

I hopped online and found some troubleshooting steps: Turning off thermostat, flipping breaker, pulling power on the AC, and basically rebooting it. That did not work. Then I found something that said to spin the fan with a stick and that worked the fan kicked on, but the air wasn't cold so we turned everything off. Make sure you leave it off so it doesn't damage anything else!

Max showed up and in about 5 mins said it was the ac capacitor. He replaced it and we were good, cold air was blowing again. After seeing the small thing, I thought maybe the price was high for such a small thing, but after an internet search they were about 30 bucks over the retail price which in my eyes isn't too bad. I guess AC parts are just expensive. And of course the cost of doing business plus the cost of the part was in the final bill. (Typical cost just for him coming out that all companies are going to charge).

That said Max was extremely courteous and took the time to explain that I should use the cheaper filters so I'm not blocking airflow. Then he took the time to provide an instant quote on cleaning out vents / furnace check, and on top of that even got the model off my fireplace to store for future reference for a service I might have them do. I found out they pretty much do it all. So having a reputable company with great employees, I'll try my best to use them when I'm not DIYing it. Highly recommend them.

Dana Miller was the Senior Technician and I am not sure
of the names of his two fellow workers, but they made a
great team. All were helpful and did a super job.
