We have had a service contract with Home Heating for several years and are very happy with their service.

I researched the Revdex.com for Service, Inc./air conditioner repair because my AC went out and it was hot here....90 degrees. I found HVAC companies on the Revdex.com (I only researched Revdex.com members) with good reviews, but Home Heating Service, Inc really caught my I. The Revdex.com had 179 reviews of Home Heating Service, Inc., and to my amazement all 179 reviewers gave Home Heating Service, Inc. 5 out 5 stars! It was a slam dunk.

I called home Heating Service, Inc. and they scheduled a technician (Max) the very next day, again amazing (and it is still darn hot and no a/c). I was elated they could respond so soon. Not only that but they said their tech would be there between 11 am and 1 pm, we all know what that means, right? Wrong, Max called me at 10:25 am and said he could be here in 10 minutes, wow, amazing again. Right on the dot at 10:35 am Max knocks on my door.

I explained to Max that our A/C hasn't worked for 2 days and it is hot. He did a complete service on my furnace and A/C and asked if I replaced the filters recently. I said I replace "the" filter 2 days ago and he said what about the second filter, I said what? I didn't know there was a second filter, he showed it to me and it had not been replaced since Sep 2009! He said the dirty (it was filthy) probably froze up the A/C condenser. We replaced the filter and Max cleaned our A/C and furnace and the A/C works like a champ now. Max spent 2 hours checking and cleaning my A/C and Furnace. Cost $195, a great deal and I have a cooler house.

We had a new furnace and AC installed in December 2018. We had never used the AC, but when we got home from vacation on July 4, 2019 it was time to turn it on. We turned it on but there was no cooling and no airflow. Since the office was closed on the 4th, we waited until the morning of the 5th to call for service. They said they were swamped but would get someone out between 2 and 5 the same day. Sure enough, Alex showed up about 2:30 and went to work diagnosing the problem. He found a technical issue and got it working. We are now staying nice and cool. The system works perfectly.

I was very happy and satisfied with the PMs performed by Alex on my AC and furnace. He was professional and friendly, considerate of my home by using shoe covers and cleaning up after himself. I felt the cost was appropriate for the services performed. My one disappointment was that I had scheduled an 8 to 9 am appointment time, which the company had to change.

The service technicians at Home Heating have always been able to help us fix problems with our furnace when others couldn't so I will only trust them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.
