Carlos was fast, efficient, and friendly. He addressed the problems and provided the solution. I will always call Home Heating for my furnace and water heater concerns.

Made a same day appointment to fix A/C, and they jumped through hoops to get the technician out in less than an hour. Got it fixed and all is good!

Carlos did a fantastic job fixing our expansion tank of our hot water heaters. He explained what he was doing and how it works. Much appreciated. I would recommend him and if we ever had a problem with our water heaters , air conditioning or furnaces, he would be the first one I would call.

My A/C went out in the middle of the night over a weekend. Scott was able to come the next Monday and immediately determined the problem, explained my options to me thoroughly and carried out the necessary maintenance to get our A/C working well again. Thanks for the great service and great attitude!

Every time I have ever called Home Heating Service everyone is so friendly and helpful. My air conditioning went out and I live on the top floor so it gets extremely hot in my condo. Alex from Home Heating came out to fix it and found that a sensor was tripped. He tested the levels, reset the sensor, and we thought all was good. He tested it by turning it on and off three or four times and everything fired right up. The air conditioning brought the temperature down in my condo from 87 degrees down to a cool 73. The next day, however, it stopped working again. I called the office that morning and spoke with Jasmine who was able to get another technician out to me that same day. Scott arrived and found that the sensor was tripped again and that the fan motor had stopped working. The new fan motor needed to be ordered and he told me that if it had to come from Denver it would definitely be pushed to next week before they could come back out. Well I get a call this morning, and I believe her name was Chelsea. She told me the fan motor was in and they could come back out today (Friday)! Scott was the one who came back out. He replaced the motor, cleaned the coil and got everything up and running. He mentioned that Jordan (in the office) was the one responsible for making this happen so quickly. In the past I have had Fred out and he always did a great job too. I would recommend Home Heating Service to anyone. They truly do the right thing by their customers, they truly care. They are honest and they do good work.

Clint was great, did good work so the house is cooling down and we'll sleep tonight. Always happy with Home Heating Service and especially as an old guy, to have Clint wearing a mask and gloves was comforting in these times of Corona . . not the beer :-(

We’ve used Home Heating Service Inc. for the past three years now and always had a good experience with the company. The technicians are great and explain each time what they are doing. They are always polite and pleasant. Before entering the home they cover their shoes as to not tract in dirt. Due to COVID 19 our technician today (Clint M) was wearing a mask and gloves. Very happy with this company.

Home Heating Service has been servicing our furnace and A/C units since 2008. Each staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, patient and professional. They came highly recommended by our home inspector when we purchased our home. We recently need to replace our inefficient and failing furnace and A/C. This is a nerve racking thing to go through. Home Heating Service made the process seamless. They made sure we understood our options and were not pushy. Our install team included a team of 4-5 staff at different times. We appreciated that one staff took the point person role though. John was great. Dan and John both were fantastic as a team. They were efficient, respectful of our home, courteous, and professional. We are thankful to the entire team, even the ones we were not able to thank personally. We would recommend Home Heating Service for their high level of trustworthiness and integrity.

Outstanding service. Michael (install technician) did an awesome job replacing my 17 year old AC unit. Not only did he replace the unit, he fixed some other things that were incorrectly installed by the builder. Looking forward to a "cool" Summer. Highly recommend Home Heating Service!

Clint was very thorough and professional. He wore a mask the entire time, so I was comfortable having him in the house during the COVID pandemic. We've been customers for several years, though, and have always had a great experience with Home Heating Service.
