I really want this product but I am concerned that the item has yet to be shipped and the company is not responding. PLEASE HELP!!!

I never recieved a product for my money.
I ordered hollywood hair bar regrowth serum. They made a label with usps and usps never recieved the product. I paid like 58 dollars for a 2 oz bottle, which is expensive to never recieve the product. Usps tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I placed an order, never received it. I've emailed, texted, & called with no response. I'd like a refund since they have no intentions of sending.
I placed an order and never received anything. I got an untraceable tracking number, and no one would return phone calls, emails, or text messages. I'd just like my refund processed and to be done with this scamming company.

I ordered the extra strength hair growth serum from Hollywood hair bar on December 6th and it's been an entire month and I still haven't received my product or gotten updates about my product. I've emailed them many times asking for updates and I haven't heard from them. I decided to be patient because of the holidays but this is far enough! I want my money back!

I made an order on December 26 2019 and haven't received any information upon my order. My money was took right away so I expected updates upon my order the same. I have reached out and no one reached out back yet. I just want what I ordered. If that isn't possible please give me my refund. It's been over two weeks for me to get any information about my order that was quickly took out my account

Product ordered December 7. Received an email on December 29 saying the product was on its way with USPS tracking #. As of today no package received.
I ordered a serum for hair growth on December 7 from a person/company on Facebook Marketplace. On December 20, I attempted to send an email of complaint to the email address listed for the company. The email came back as undelivered. December 29, I received an email saying the product was on its way. I checked the tracking number and found it to say the following under tracking history: "December 28, 2019, 7:51 pm
Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

This to me doesn't give any reassurance of the person/company sending the package that was paid for three weeks ago.

Hollywood Hair Bar use Other people videos that are NOT associated with them or their products, People hair has fallen out from their hair products, I was inboxed by the woman in the advertisement video and she stated that they stole her video to use as false advertisement to get more sells. Several people came forward about the same issues and Hollywood Hair Bar removes their HAIR products off the Instagram Page, now it's ALL Makeup now and NO Hair Products. However, I saw several advertisement on Facebook for all Hair Products and No Makeup. I tried calling the business but u hear a recording and no one ever contacts you back, nor do they respond to emails. Poor Customer Service, False Advertisement and takes your money and don't send products and it's no way to contact them, because they don't return emails or phone calls.

Hello , I have been emailing, text Hollywood Hair Bar for weeks now I order my product on December X XXXX, and been trying to reach to them for tracking number. I had paid extra for a faster turnaround time but to avail they refused to respond back to numerous texts, emails I sent to them.I have been texting and emailing them at least twice a day for the last 2 weeks now this is ridiculous and very unprofessional I just want my money or for them to just my and I would never from again .they took my very quickly within 20 mins but nothing after .I was hopping it wasn't a scam but they operate it might be

I placed an order on 12/14/2019 where they said it would take up to 72 hours to process before I can receive a tracking number. I have called several times, emailed and contacted through their Instagram page and I have yet to receive a tracking number for shipment or response.

3 weeks and no product
I placed my order on 12/5 and now it's 3 weeks later and I still don't have the product. I have tried numerous of times to get in contact with someone from the company with no success. I have called, emailed and even messaged through the site with no response. I have left messages requesting for the tracking information and not reply. Very disappointed

I have tried calling, emailing and the chat box several times with no response. I would like to receive the products or would like a refund immediately.

I recently purchased a bottle of the 'Hollywood Hair Bar's? hair regrown serum on 12/12/19 and I received an email confirmation that was order was received and my money was deducted from my account. As of today I have not heard from the company regarding my concerns on my order. I have also not received any shipment confirmations as well. I've sent several emails and attempted to text, as they have that feature, but still no response.

I placed my order on 12/16/19. I got an email saying my order was confirmed. On 12/23 I emailed asking for an update since there was no shipping confirmation and they said it usually take 2-5 days. I got no response. On 12/27 I emailed again, no response. I messaged them on Instagram and was blocked. Terrible company.
