I placed an order with this company back in December of 2019. It's been over two weeks and I have yet to hear back from them as far as tracking information is concerned. I really believe this company is fraudulent in its advertising and its overall functionality.

The product was never received. I tried contacting the vendor and was placed oh hold and no one ever came back to the phone after a 45 minutes wait.
Hair serum and edge control ordered 12/30/19. As of 1/10/20 the product was not received. Paid *** through PayPal. I'm required to pay for the items.

Placed order 12.29.19...have yet to receive my package or a response.
I placed my order 12.29.19, the order was confirmed and funds taken out of my account the next day. I downloaded the app Arrive for the tracking information but the app stated "there wasn't any tracking information provided by the company". I've sent emails via the Arrive app and the company website. I'm unable to locate a contact number via the website only send an email. I've left comments on their facebook page and still no reply. This is not the way you handle a business at all. People are spending $50 or more on your website and products why take advantage and be so rude to the customers and people that make your business successful? I would ask for a refund but from the past reviews that I've seen some people haven't received their refund just as I haven't received my order. I'll wait for my package to come and use the products as I prepared BUT I WILL NEVER purchase anything from this company again. I could care less if the product is wonderful, if their customer service is as such I refuse to spend my money with them. Also, while I was looking for a contact number I noticed that the reviews on the website were reoccurring reviews from the same customer just different dates. Altogether I'm very disappointed as well as DISPLEASED. I wish I would've selected a different product or made something myself.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to contact me and let me know when I should expect my package IN A FRIENDLY EMPATHETIC MANNER. A free product or something extra for my troubles would be wonderful but it's not needed.

I finally got in touch with the customer via Facebook messenger they informed me that the order would be shipped out in 2 weeks or longer. And that was 1.13.20. I asked for a refund and stated I no longer wanted their product they sent a link saying all sales are final. I then stated that the link only stated that all sales are final and they NEVER replied. This is ridiculous, I AM LIVID at the amount of incompetence this company has on running it's own business. I've read the reviews from the Revdex.com and there are customers that have requested and recieved a refund. Why is my request being excluded? I don't want their product anymore I just want my money back so I can order from another company I've researched and trust. I do not trust this company at all and I work very hard for my income and I'd prefer to not waste it with this company. They lack the common sense as well as common courtesy to speak to the customer about an order placed with their business. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com TO GET CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED AND IVE YET TO RECEIVE THE TRACKING EMAIL THEY SAID THEY SENT. I've checked the ARRIVE app for the tracking information and it still has the error THE TRACKING INFORMATION ISN'T PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY AT THIS TIME. So wheres the package and when is it being shipped. As stated before via Facebook messenger IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A PUNCTUAL DATE FOR MY ORDER PLEASE ISSUE A REFUND.

I've received my order

I never received the product I paid for. I've sent over 12 emails with in a month and no one has responded yet. I need a refund!!!
They debit my card but I never received my product. I have only 2 options to speak to someone. Chat (no one responds) or email (12 email with in 30 days) no one responds. I need my money back or the product

They still haven't said they are sending a replacement. I haven't received a tracking number as of yet. I keep telling them I never received the product. Did they ship a replacement or not? Doesn't seem as if they did because I haven't got a shipping email. It's not fair for them to only handle orders. They have to deal with issues too

I order hair serum on 12/29/19 and paid in full. I haven't heard from company since. I was to receive my product in 3 business days.
I placed a order on 12/29/19 I opted for 3 day shipping, I never got a tracking number or heard anything more.I tried to contact company to no avail. I sent emails and also tried to contact them with their pop up window. I would like a full refund. I paid $75.00 for a special they were running buy 3 get 1 free,for the my order number is ***.I paid with a visa card. I bought the hair regrowth serum.

They never answered my of my emails about w what was going on with my order. S ok I don't believe what they are saying until I get a tracking number or a refund.

No response or product!
I ordered the serum hair growth a week ago, they provided no tracking or delivery information I emailed them three times & they won't respond! There is no customer service number to contact them.

I'm willing to give it a little more time considering the holidays.

I ordered my hair products from this site on December 10th, they say the warehouse was closed but opened last week. I haven't gotten any updates on my products, I've emailed and messaged them more than 5 times and have gotten no reply. They also have on their site that they don't give refunds, this is horrible business especially to not give refunds and not keep me updated on anything about my order.

I ordered a hair product on Dec. 8, 1919 I was charged 39.99 immediately I received a message the product was on its way. It has now been one month since I ordered this product. I have sent them numerous emails to no avail. I would like my product or a refund, Note they are still on face book selling this product that you never receive.

I placed an order with this company on 01/02/2020. I purchased the shampoo, and extra strength serum and was charged $79 for the duo and received an email stating I would be notified once the item ships, usually in 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to hear from them, and when you try to do the online chat with them they say they will respond as soon as they can, it may take a few minutes, (with and automated message) and never respond again. When you call, the line never rings and some bogus greeting comes on saying that they have limited time for the phones due to trying to get orders out, and if you leave your name, number, and order number they will get back to you as soon as they can. The phone never rings, goes directly to voicemail, they did not hesitate to take the money out of my account, they took it as soon as I pressed purchase, and I am appalled. They should not be able to get away with this. I want my money back, and no longer want what they're not selling. They have taken so much, from so many people who actually believed in what they were trying to sell, enough to give out our personal information ie. Address, debit card, and phone number. They should be thoroughly investigated.

Ordered december 19 2019 received a call on january 3 2019 with the owner screaming at me she sent a fake tracking number item has not been shipped!!!
I placed an order december 19 2019 with hollywood hair bar I found them on instagram and decided to order from them because of the reviews and because me and my daughter suffer from really bad hair shedding thinning edges including hair being stubborn to grow . I placed my order and received a confirmation email with an order#XXXXX informing me that orders are normally shipped in 3-5 days but due to the holidays the days could be anywhere between 7-14 days so ok I give them the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday but then I see there instagram page and I see there facebook page and I saw that they are consistently making new posts like every few hours so I decided to contact them in private on instagram waited patiently then they responded 3 after I contact them basically the message looked automated and did not appear to be from an actual person the response just basically said the same thing that is listed on there website which is how shipping normally take 2-5 business days but due to the holidays it could be much longer so I responded back to them by saying that I spent *** on hair serum and if free shipping meant longer wait time then I would have just paid extra money for faster shipping afterwards I didnt get any other response from them then I waited 4 more days after december 25th to see if they would send a tracking number and I still had not received anything so I once again contacted them on facebook I got no response back I emailed them 4 times still no response back at this given time I am angry because I spent so much money and what sort of company behaves this way besides businesses located in china and even they respond back quicker then hollywood hair bar after they became non responsive then I started to take my frustration to their instagram directly by saying that I have not received my item and that I placed the order on december 19 and that I still have not received my order afterwards I receive a phone call from a XXX-XXX-XXXX number in which I normally dont awnser calls I dont know but it was around 8ish and I was already outside waiting for my daughter to get off of work so figures what the hack I have the extra time to waist so I awnsered the phone and it was hollywood hair bar she said can I speak to *** I said this is her and immediately she started going off on me about how it was the holidays and they dont respond during the holidays and she said that another owner that works with her was going to block me but she said that she told her NO and that she would call me directly at this point I am furious for 1 why did she contacted me directly and for 2 this business must be a scam the woman on the phone also said that I posted all over there social media I said yes after I reached out to you guys numerous times and you failed to respond after I said that she hung up the phone and started texting me and the text message said "I dont go back and forth with customers then she sent me the long shipping policy the same one that they sent me on instagram and she also sent a tracking#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so the same day I tried tracking the item and it said that it had not been shipped yet and that the item is waiting to arrive at usps so I figured maybe its to soon to track it NOPE WRONG!!! todays date is january 9th she sent the tracking info january X XXXX after she hung up in my face as of today the tracking shows that a shipping label was created but no item was taken to usps so now I know for a fact that this company is being operated by young unprofessional black girls who got blessed to start a business and is now scamming people the videos on there website are stolen edited videos from utube they delete negative comments the reason no one see the negative reviews only the positive ones they block people when confronted they do not respond accordingly if you write anything on there page about "where is my order" then they will become angry and block you and not ship your order.

I want them to refund me my money ASAP!!!! I also want them to apologize to me for screaming at me and being rude when you are a business selling a product that alot of people want you can not be rude to customers that are spending their money its not ethical or professional they need to learn more patience with customers.

I also placed an order weeks ago and have received nothing but a very ambiguous confirm message with no real content! It's a shame we have to always chase our $$$'s when it takes no time for them to burn us...SMH

Resolution to my order.

I have not received my product ordered nor heard from company.
I placed an order on 12/28/2019 for the 3-Step program and made another order on 12/28/2019 for the serum not realizing I had previous ordered from them and had not been received anything. Both orders totaling *** I have invoice numbers where one was generated but the Postal Service is waiting on the product. I have notified PayPal and opened an investigation after notifying the company. I have yet to hear back from the company.
