I never received the product I order over 6 WEEKS ago. I have had multiple messages asking the shipment details with no detailed response. I have asked for a refund for never getting the product! I told that my order would not be refunded. I informed them that the sales transaction was never complete! You cannot take people's money and then say no refund without delivering the promised product or service that is called FRAUD AND THEFT! And then I was blocked from Instagram.

I bought a bottle of regrow serum 4oz from Hollywood hair for 64.99 using my *** account. Payment was completed the same day. I have proof from my *** account statement, and my bank statement. I sent them email message, text message, no response back, I called no body answer only voice mail with no option to leave message because voice message full. Sent them a text message I received an automated answer that they are away now. That's really frustrating that they don't have a better way to serve their customers, no one to talk to. I would like to know when my product will arrive?

After the 2nd request for a refund, I received a message with a shipping number on December 30, 2019. I placed an order for the product on dec 30th. Paid for first class shipping. Order was processed in January 3rd. I haven't heard anything from them
I emailed the company to cancel the order on January 6th. I haven't received a response or refund. I also called the company a number of times to speak wit someone and no one has answered. I would like my order canceled and refunded. I no longer wish to try the product.

I made an order with the *** online on December 26, 2019 with confirmed Order #XXXXX. And I have yet to receive any information on my order and I want to know when will I be receiving my order? They took my money prior to shipping out any product so I expected shipment updates shortly thereafter! I have reached out several times both by phone and through their online chat and email and no one reached back out to me as of yet. I just want what I ordered. I started seeing this company post on Facebook how they were shipping out THOUSANDS of orders DAILY so I began to wonder and started to reach out to the company via Email, Direct Message, comments on their post and by making my own posts on their wall. When my mother(who made her purchase December 26, 2019) received her items Monday, January 13, 2020, I began to reach out to Hollywoodhairbar AGAIN. They have since blocked me on Facebook instead of reaching out to me to correct the problem. They took $45.47 out of my account on December 24, 2019, and I just want my money back or my products, I have also reached out to them on Instagram since they have blocked me on Facebook.
I either want a full refund, or I want the products that I paid for.

12/26/2019 I placed an order with Hollywood Hair Bar for a hair growth product. My order # *** I left off the first two numbers so that no one can claim my order. I have not heard from this company, no update, no response to emails, will not answer their phone and the voicemail is full can't leave a message. I had no problem placing the order but I am having problems receiving my order from them. They could at least send me an update notify me of what the delay is.
If they cannot deliver the product then naturally I would like my money refunded to me. One or the other.
Update: I have just gotten notice that they are working to have my order shipped.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed in order a month ago never received it. When I questioned the order no response until I sent a follow up saying if I don't hear back I'm reporting the. Then I got an extremely rude, unprofessional, unbelievably nasty email response back basically saying we have thousands of customers as if to say they could care less about having me as a customer. 2 days later I get a text to my phone which I thought was odd because I ordered and communicated via email only, but the text didn't answer my question about my order, it instead said "your order from Hollywood hair bar has been cancelled". I thought that was very unprofessional to send a text message, kind of persona, and quite frankly out of control and their way of saying we don't value our customers unless you have no questions, and only write good reviews, and screw you we already have customers.

On December 28th, an email was received from USPS with a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX stating a shipping label was made. Since then, there has been no other communication nor any product arrival to my house. My shipment order is #XXXXX. At this point I time, a refund is requested as the promise from this company was a 7-10 business day turnaround. I believe it is unacceptable for a company to take the money, not respond or correspond with their customers and then not send out products of which have been purchased. My total cost has been $150.98 of which is hard earned money. With this, if I pay for a product or service I expect to receive my products or service in a timely fashion or at least have acceptable correspondence from the said company. A refund is necessary.
