Hollywood Hair Bar

SCAM?? I saw an advertisement and product reviews on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I placed an order for two bottles of hair care on December 23, 2019. I was patient for 18 business days, allowing for holiday delays, before sending the first email inquiry about the status of my order. Now it's been 22 business days and 3 emails later, no one has responded. The business took my payment, sent a confirmation of my $53 purchase, but won't send the product, respond to emails nor refund my money.

At this point, I would just like my money back. Who knows if the product is legitimate after such poor business practices. I usually don't order from businesses that I can't determine whether or not they're reputable and this experience is exactly why. Never again!! I will trust my better judgement going forward.

Ordered over a month ago, have not received product. Refuse to respond to me.
I purchased online via Paypal the "Hair ReGrowth Serum Extra Strength 4 oz." product for $84.99 (with shipping) on Dec 18, 2019. My order number is #***. I received an email with my tracking number (***) soon after. Their email associated with this tracking is "***". This is the email address I have sent numerous emails too. I waited two weeks and tried to contact the company for an updated shipping via that email address with no reply. I reached out on Instagram and Facebook after week three (3) to get an updated tracking or information on my order, no response. I have asked for update on both Instagram and Facebook. They have since blocked me on those platforms so that I cannot contact them. The time and effort they took to block me (and others that I have reached out to - they could have looked up my order and responded to me, but they have chosen the hostile passive aggressive approach of blocking. I have tried calling the number associated with their business (***) another number associated with this business is ***. The hone numbers are just voicemails geared towards and excuse about lateness of shipping due to the holidays which is now (at this reporting) no longer remotely close to the holidays. They have two addresses associated with the business as well - ***. I have no recourse to get my product (or answers to my inquires) from them but to file a Revdex.com complaint. They do not/have not operated in good faith. As of Jan 20th, 2020 - I have still not received my product or my money back.

I guess we all got scammed by them because I placed an order December 28, 2019 and I can't even get the to respond to the several emails I sent. Almost $90 down the drain I wish I would have see these reviews before I sent my money.

I ordered on 12/23/19. As of 1/23/20, I have yet to receive my products. Within 30 days I emailed 4 times, called numerous times only to get a voicemail about being delayed due to high demand, not able to leave a voicemail.
I received a reply within 8 minutes of my second email after stating that if I didnt receive a tracking number within 24 hours, I was disputing the charge with my credit card company. Same excuses only in writing. You could tell it was an email they sent to everyone as a standard response. 8 days went by still no order. Didnt have time for games anymore and filed a dispute with the credit card company to get a refund.
If you are in the market to give away money, go ahead and order from them, otherwise...BEWARE!!

They really don't even deserve this one star!! Ordered product December 20th received January 11th, followed directions to apply daily for best results and product was gone the following week!! Followed up with the company via Social Media as well as on their company website and still have yet to receive a response. I paid my money for a product that didn't even last 8 days, and I have a low Cesar haircut and haven't seen any results, I feel that I was scammed by a person trying to get rich quick off of people who are desperately looking for ways to grow their hair and Hollywood Hair Bar is definitely not it!!

Please help me to get in contact with Hollywood Hair Bar to get my order or a refund.
I placed an order on Jan 5, 2020 for hair products. As of today, no products and there is no contact info and my Credit card charged. Not good,Help!

Have not recieved my product. I'm having the same exact issue as everyone on here has. No contact number, no shipping notification, no product. Placed my order January 2. 2020. I am so disappointed.

No response or product! I ordered the serum hair growth almost a month ago, they provided no tracking or delivery information I emailed them 4 times & they won't respond! There is no customer service number to contact them.

Horrible! Ordered well before Christmas still have not received. No answer to emails. Tracking number received but has sat. Basically they just printed a label. And never shipped. Total scam

I ordered placed a order with Hollywood hair bar on December 31st they sent me a receipt for my order, the payment was made but I still don't have my product, no tracking number, nothing as of yet and they are not responding to emails. It's almost the end of the month so I would like a resolution. *** W

I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar on 1/2/20.. Received the email but no product..
On 1/2/20 I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar.. I received the email stating that the product is being shipped right after my order.. I've called but I received the voicemail, I emailed them about it the response was we're are away right now we'll get back to you as soon as we get back.. They didn't have no problem taking my money so where's my product? I'm highly recommending that no one purchase anything from this company and they should be shut down.. Taking people money but not sending the products.. Either they send the product or send my money back ASAP.. They're horrible for using people like that.. I'm quite sure I am not the only one complaining..

Never received the products I ordered Dec 26th 2019 and they will not send me my products or a refund this is way too long to still be waiting and they have poor communication. They took 49.98 out my account.

An order was placed and paid for on January 1, 2020. I have tried to contact the company about the status and received no reply.
Order #XXXXX- Hollywood Hair Bar

After placing an order with the Hollywood Hair Bar on January 1, 2020, I have been unable to receive any updates or status concerning my order. Payment of *** was made through my PayPal account. I have emailed them to no avail. After attempting to access their web site I get the message "This site can't be reached." I may have been deceived about the availability or even the existence of the product(s).

On December 30, 2019, I place a order for a product, My card was charged and received a confirmation email
order# *** for Hair growth serum *** plus *** for shipping totaling to $51.50. Never received the product. This order was place in December 30, 2919. I waited a few days after the New year to send a email regarding status of the order, no response. On January 7, 2020 I found a telephone number on the web, called a woman answered the phone ***"Hollywood Hair Bar, how may I help you". I asked about the status of my order, she stated " due to the holidays orders are delayed as it states on the website, it's on the way". It also states in the website that within the US it ships in 2-3 business days. I emailed and called to no avail.

On Dec. 31, 2019 I placed an order. I received confirmation of order and it said allow 7-10 business days. Jan. 15,no response, no product
I placed order on December 31. I emailed company January 11, 2020 and got no response about expected delivery date. Emailed again on January 15, 2020. In te last email I asked for delivery of product or a full refund. Company has not responded to neither email

Never received order
On December 30, 19 I placed an order, order # XXXXX for large size of HairRegrowth Serum, Extra Strength. My card was charged for *** for the product and *** for shipping. Received a confirmation email. On January 2, 6th sent a email inquiring about delivery date, no response. On January 7, I found a contact number for Hollywood Hair Bar(XXX)XXX-XXXX. Called, a woman answered the phone " Hollywood Hair Bar". I asked about the status of the order, and she stated you didn't read about our holiday shipping. Then went on to say it's now on the way. Also on website it states within the US products ships between 2-3 businesses days. I emailed on the 11th asking for a tracking number, no reply. It's been over a week now.

No delivery of my purchased products. DO NOT BUY!!!
I Purchased two Hollywood bar hair Serum, almost two weeks ago, for a total of $53.48 which include shipping, ORDER #***, on January 5th, 2020. I didn't receive an email as to when is the shipping date or a tracking number. I tried emailing them several times with no response.

The cost of the products was taken out of my bank account immediately, yet they don't have time to respond to my emails as to inform me, what happened to my items. At this point I want my money back, and I would never purchased with them again. I advice who ever is reading this to not to purchase from them run.

I placed an order with Hollywood hair bar on December 23rd and I have yet to receive my product they said due to the holidays expect a little delay today is January 16th the holidays is over. I am not pleased at all I am going to give them another week which will make it 30 days.

I ordered two bottles of the Hollywood hair bar serum on January1, 2020; order number #XXXXX for *** Sent texts l on 1/8/2020 and 1/13/2020 (and a email from their site) that I have not received my products. Nor have they responded to any of my texts/email. The received payment on 1/2/2020 from my account. They have notated on their site that Due to the Nature of our Products
All Sales Are Final. What is the nature of their products that you take someone's money with not honor of providing the product.
In my email sent from their site, I suggested that since they wont give my refund send me the product. Either send me the product for send my money back.

I purchased a bottle of hair serum from Hollywood Hair Bair on January 1, 2020 and my card was charged and haven't received my product.
My credit card was charged on January 1st of *** and order number is ***. I currently have not received the hair serum or confirmation by email of tracking information or when the product would be received.
