I had my order confirmed on 1.12
20 downloaded the app "arrive" as instructed to get updates but I have yet to receive anything
On 1.12.20 my order was confirmed and taken out of my husbands account I downloaded the app "arrive" as instructed and checked immediately to see if I could retrieve my tracking information but was not given one I waited a few days and was given the message that hollywood hair bar does not provide tracking information I emailed them and never got a response I emailed again and nothing happened again I commented on their Instagram account and my comments were deleted both times I finally messaged them on Instagram and nothing again it is now 1.22.20 and I have yet to hear anything except an automated message saying I will receive my package this week but it has been saying that since last week I have filed a complaint through my husbands credit card company in hopes to receive our money back I really was excited to try this product but I feel they are not capable of basic communication with consumers

I placed my order on Jan 2nd. Got confirmation email, money was taken but never got any products ordered nor any tracking information. I have reached out to Hollywood Hair Bar twice via email with no return email. I never received any tracking information! I feel like this is either a scam or they are really behind and have poor communication with their consumers. At this point I do not want the products I ordered I want a refund!

My sister purchased the 6-1 Curl defining pudding for me online (order #***). The confirmation came stating to allow 7-10 business days to process and 3-5 days for holiday hours ( so we expected it to take a while). 1/8/2020 we received a USPS pre-ship label that only indicated it was created, but the product was never picked up. On 1/13/20 after contacting them about this they emailed saying "they experienced some delays due to the holiday shipping schedule. Your order is on its way....." 15 days later still not movement on the shipping or response from them when I told them that I preferred a "refund" at this point because even if I received the product and liked it the struggling to order it is not worth it. Attempts to chat online with item is futile I sat for an hour one and not responded back. I took a screenshot of that. Calling is just a voice mail.
I just want my *** paid back fro something I have never received. Period! Preferably in a timely fashion because my patience has run it's course.

The jar had only the product name on the lid, no ingredient list, or instructions anywhere on it though. It makes me not want to use it and I will Never order from them again. I will not pursue a refund at this time since I did receive something for my purchase.

If I could give this company a customer rating of no stars than I would, there lack of communication and taking people's money is disturbing. My niece recommended them to me, so I ordered the hair serum from them back in early December, 2019. I didn't receive it until 3 weeks later, in which the bottles were not full. In trying to contact the company, I sent them and email over three different times and there wasn't any response. Within my order I had placed, for the edge control, in which they stated was being shipped since the end of December and I never got the merchandise. Please know the serum is a waste of money and did not work for me. My niece also contacted them through Facebook.
Since I never received the edge control, I contacted my bank who in turn refunded my money, after they did an investigation on my claim, they saw it was valid. This company is the worst. They should definitely be investigated. If you order from them, do it at your own risk! Thank you.
I placed an order on 12/22/19. It was almost a month before I received it. I called and did get to speak to someone and she was very nice and explained that due to the holidays it delayed shipping of products. They had about 30,000 orders to fill due to the holidays. While she had me on the phone she checked my order status and told me that it was showing that it was being shipped that day. I got my products 4 days later. This is a corporation and by reading the reviews a great product by seeing the pictures that had been sent in on their website. I think just being patient, not being upset and understanding orders around the holidays can cause delays there will be less complaints. I had spent $80.72 and understand wanting what I ordered. But, patience and understanding will go a long way. This is my first time ordering and look forward to seeing how the product works. I believe I fell for a scam. I paid for this order via credit card. I now need to contact *** and report this as fraud. I placed an order of *** over a month ago, and have not received anything. When I contacted the seller, they blocked me without refund/filling order.
I placed an order for products totaling over *** on 12/18/19. The website, Facebook page, and voicemail state that all orders will be processed, shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days. After 10 business days without any update or information, I reached out to the seller. They did not respond at all, but I received a USPS tracking number for my order on 1/8/2020. The tracking number shows that my item has not even shipped, and it is now another 10 days later. I reached out to the seller via email and Facebook several times, and they blocked me on social media. Since placing the order, I still have not heard back from the seller at all, and it has now been well over a month since my order was originally placed. I can't get in contact with the seller to even get a refund processed, and this is frustrating because they have basically stolen *** from me, and there's virtually nothing I can do about it.
I would like for the seller to complete my order, and expedite the shipping when they do process it. If this is not feasible, please refund me my money.
