I ordered products from this company in November 2019 and it is now January 2020 I have no product,the company never sent tracking number or anything,when I try to contact them(social media is the only way they will answer)they give smart remarks instead of trying to make this right.
Please stay away from this company.

I placed my order on Dec 16, 2019. I was like everyone else, waiting for the tracking number and looking for information to contact them . I sent emails but no response. Then on January 13, 2020, I got confirmation that my package was delivered. I thought it was taking so long because of the holidays but never heard anything from anyone.

It took over a month to receive my product, but I did receive it. I have ordered twice. And both times it 3 to 4 weeks. I just think it's so popular and good that they can't keep up with the demand.

Non receipt of product or contact.
I ordered products on 12/31/19. Have not received products nor any response to emails. Phone has voicemail message with false info and emails have not been responded to. My account was debited immediately and I have yet to receive any products or a valid explanation. If there is no product available stop taking people money and saying be patient...

I ordered this for my wife Jan 2nd it's now Jan 23rdd and we haven't received an email about this order AT ALL!! I emailed and no response. We haven't received the product either

I placed an order a month ago and, I have not received the order or a refund as requested. The only initial response was about a delay in shipping.
On December 23, 2019 I placed order #XXXXX totaling *** On January 11, 2020 I inquired about the delivery date of the product. On January 13, 2020, I received their standard message about delay in shipping due to the holidays. I decided I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. On January 17, I emailed the company requesting a refund and received no response, I sent an additional e:mail through their website a few days later and still no response, I sent an additional e:mail again this week through their website requesting a refund, and still no response. Even if the package magically appears, they do not accept returns, and I no longer want the product. I feel this is unjust because they did not respond in a timely manner when I requested the initial refund which would have been before the order shipped since they experienced delays anyway. They responded in 2 days to tell me the order was delayed and remind me of their holiday shipping issues, but disappeared when I asked for a refund shortly after. That is not acceptable customer service or business practices.

I was hesitant on ordering from this company based on the review on social media, but I decided to give them a try. I ordered one bottle of the hair growth serum back on 11/30/2019. I received my first order on 12/16/2019, which was longer than I expected, but I still got my package. I loved the results of the product, which made me want to purchase more. I placed an order for 2 more bottles of the serum on 12/20/2019. Here we are today, 01/24/2020 and I have not received my package. I've emailed them numerous of times, I've tried calling, all which have gone unanswered. I contacted them via Facebook Messenger and finally got a response. They were generous with their response, but it still seemed as if they were giving me the run around. I understand that I ordered during the holiday season, but it just seems that my order would be priority since I ordered so long ago. Their reason behind my order not shipping was because their product is handmade and because their business has recently gone viral. Their voice machine said all orders would be shipped out by Saturday, which wasn't true. They then communicated to me via Facebook Messenger that they would have my order shipped out my 01/21/2020 since Monday was a holiday, and today is 01/24/2020 and I haven't heard anything. I haven't heard anything from them via messenger, nor have a received a shipping notification.

I am still waiting for my order that I ordered back on Dec. 24,2019. No response back from Hollywoodhairbar.

I made an order with the Hollywoodhairbar on Dec 24 2019. I have yet to receive any information on my order and I want to know when will I receive it. My money was taken right away so I expected updates on my orders in the same fashion. I have reached out and no one has contacted me back yet. I just want what I ordered. If that isn't possible please give me my money back. It's been almost a month now and still no shipping information or response to any of my 4 emails. Please help me get some information about my order. Thank you!

I purchased a product from HHB over 2 weeks ago and still haven't recieved it. I've made all attempts to contact them and recieved no response.
On Jan 4th 2020, I purchased hair growth serum from Hollywood Hair Bar, *** #XXXXX. I waited the 10 business days described by their website and email. After two weeks, I did not receive my purchase. I attempted to contact them by email 3 times and received no response. I attempted to chat with them directly on their website and received no response. I attempted to contact them by the phone number provided by the Revdex.com and received no response. At this point, I do not want their product. I want a full refund for services not rendered.

I ordered the hair serum on 1/04/2020 and have yet to receive my order. It's been 2 weeks and no tracking number or product. Refund money or product!

My money has been taking out my account and haven't gotten a tracking number or product. At this point I would like my product delivered this week or give me my full refund!

I placed an order over one month ago. I've not received my order nor a response to my many requests for an update.
I placed an order on 12/18. The order was to take 7-10 days. I still have not received the order or any responses to my many emails. I'm surprised to see other complaints about this same issue. How are they allowed to continue deceiving consumers? They have a no refund policy. In this case, I want the product delivered as soon as possible. I will not place any future orders . I've told family and friends about my experience and warned them not to purchase any products from this company. I'm hope the company isn't preying on African American women, some whom are desperate to find a product for their needs.

As per USPS Tracking, a shipping label was created on Dec. 28, 2019 but they are still waiting to receive the items. I have had no luck with reaching or getting a response from the company (Hollywood Hair Bar).

I got a tracking number by email and haven't heard back yet an the serum has not been received by the usps as of January 21st 2020. I just would like my order or to receive my money back. It's been over a month an the holidays are over.

I order from this company and they're delivery window is 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received any products. I have tried numerous time to contact them thru the website with no reply. They dont have a phone number or anything listed.

It has been over a month with no responses to emails, phone calls, IG and FB. As soon as you write a negative review they delete it from their posts. I spent over $80 and received nothing. I think every person with the same problem needs to report all of their social media pages as a scam so they cannot do others this way and start contacting the news stations/lawyers/Shaderoom etc. This is upsetting. Im am done with ordering products online!

I ordered 3 bottles of the hair growth serum on December 21st for *** order number ***. I have attempted contact via email, Instagram and Facebook to only not receive a response or a deleted post. I have been waiting over a month for even a confirmation number and haven't received that either. When placing the order it did not say anything about delayed delivery and once ordered my only email from them stated it would take 7-10 business days to receive my order since holidays they are backed up. Not including holidays or weekends it is well over 10 business days. I have tried asking for a refund or order confirmation with no response.

I have also logged onto Arrive, an app they say will contain my tracking information but it says order confirmed on January 3rd and says the company has not provided any tracking information.
