Review: I placed an online order on October 16 and never received a written confirmation number for my purchase. I contacted the merchant three (3) times asking for one and at the same time kept checking my credit card for the charge. My emails went unanswered, but the charge did show up on my credit card. I do not trust that this vendor is being honest with my order and I have no faith at this point that my order will ever be shipped.Desired Settlement: I want to see proof that the $21.85 was refunded back to my credit card.

I was having trouble locating an Out of Stock item that I had to have for health reasons. [redacted] at healthy kin responded to my inquiry about the product right away and that they had it in stock. Despite a problem receiving my order (tracking number said it was delivered but I never received item), Healthy Kin re-sent my order and this time it appeared on my door step (even though I had wanted to pick it up rather than have it delivered) very quickly after we both researched what happened. I was very impressed that they covered the loss and I LOVE the product Elasto-Gel Wrist Wrap: Hot & Cold Therapy). Review: my wife is an amputee and resently fell fracturing her leg as a result needed a special transfer board which I ordered from this company I was infomed by e-mail by healthy kin.com that my order #[redacted] was shipped 8-17-2015 and given the tracking number five days latter in did not receive the product I tryed to track the package thru [redacted] an told only a label was created by the package was never delivered for shipment .I e-mail the company and complained that I did not receive the product which for my family member is an emergency.on 8-22-2015 I contacted [redacted] and was informed there was no package only a labelDesired Settlement: I have waited long enough to get this package for my wife I would like the product express mailed immediately.

After searching the Internet for an economical source for ostomy supplies and related items for a family member, Healthy Kin turned out to be one of the best around. Excellent service - arrived the next day!

There is no phone number listed On-Line for this business, so you are forced to communicated via email, this is not the best customer service when you have questions, or in my case my ordered appeared to be lost in transit. Additionally ther is no clear way to return an item (I received an elbow band when I ordered a wrist wrap (packing slip was correct). Now I wait for a return email with instructions, additionally it was not clear on their web site that you are not purchasing from Healthykin, one item I received was from [redacted] in Spirit Lake, IA. The other two items were from [redacted] in West Des Moines, IA, its a bit deceptive to lead me to believe I'm not purchasing directly from Healthkin.

The fastest shipping I have received in a long time. Everything I ordered arrived in good condition.
I will order from them again!
