I was not happy with the service I received from Healthykin.com. I waited A MONTH, and still didn't get a straight answer about the 3m Masks I ordered and paid for. [redacted] kept saying that they were on back order, and it might be a couple more weeks before they received the shipment. [redacted] also mentioned that they could give me a refund, so the whole order was very suspicious. I asked [redacted], why would you sell something that you didn't have in stock? I never got an answer, but I received a refund.

My wife had a open wound on her leg since May 2015 and the medical people could not get it to heal properly until we started using your product. Since using your product we see a definite improvement and hope it continues.

The service received from your company has been excellent and we thank you.

I ordered from here because their price beat my regular distributor's pricing and they were the best price on the internet! I wanted to let them know I was happy with their service because even if a company does things right for the majority of the time it is the one issue that people make a bigger issue out of that can stand out. My experience was very good so much I placed another order.

I have used HealtyKin for a number of years now as a way of purchasing the Ultra Slim pads. I am very happy with both the product and the company. I do recommend them highly. The turn around from ordering to receiving is fantastic. I do wish the box did not name the product in the box

Healthy kin is a wonderful company. I ordered a hearing assistance product from them and it did not arrive in time. It was around Christmas in a year when UPS had such a difficulty keeping up, it was national news. They rushed a second order out to me but it did not arrive in time. My issue was resolved in a most satisfactory way. The product was wonderful, my husband says it is better than the much more expensive hearing aid we bought elsewhere. These guys are awesome.

Hello, My name is [redacted], and I do a lot of orders from this website for my father and his needs since he has been bed ridden for over 2 years now. I want to make this review in regard to a gentleman by the name of Dan B[redacted], but first let me say what happened.

We had placed an order with these guys as of this past week on the 29th of Oct. just like we have the past year or so, I personally have like there serves but this past one we had only gotten 1 box of 300 pads when we order 2. My father being in the state he is in can be worried about money because of whats going on and its understandable, so I contacted Healthykin.com and asked then whats going on since UPS couldn't do much and we where stuck with what seems with 1 box. So thats when Mr. B[redacted] sent a reply back asking asking for a form to verify all this, I had explain to him what had happen, and after verify the information, everything worked out so well, he never got mad or insulting and kept asking if we needed anything else. Well he said he would send out another box for us, and sure enough UPS did in fact deliver the 2nd box well when you don't have a second tracking number how can we prove whats going down, and bam the 3rd box comes because Mr. B[redacted] said he would send one for whats been happening, the Bam again the 3rd box comes with-in aday of the 2nd box and this was later in the night so everyone was gone from work. So I e-mailed Mr. B[redacted] and simply he said keep it. Now sorry for the long story but this is the type of work professionalism that keeps our business my dad was happy and lets face it with whats going on Mr. B[redacted] we will be coming back to this website thank you so much for your hard work, and keep it up sir. Thank You.

I work for a Wound Care Center and we have referred patients to this company for various products. Recently an elderly patient did not receive his product so I contacted the company via email. Mr. Brown responded and with no questions asked resolved the problem for my patient sending out replacements at no cost. The patient was extremely happy with the quality of the product and the response time of the delivery of his product. I as well very happy and will continue to recommend the company and their products for our patients.

I've done business with this vendor multiple times. When a given elder care item is generally in short supply and other vendors inflate the price, HealthyKin maintains the same economical pricing that they always offer. Shipping is very prompt. If there is an issue with an order, they respond so quickly with the remedy that you are awed. Negative experiences with some vendors that supply eldercare items have driven me to amazon for many purchases since their customer service is so reliable. HealthyKin is a small vendor with amazon reliability.

I placed an order on 9/17/14 for 2 Lumbar pillows A30122 in Black and was thrilled when I received them on the 20th via UPS Ground. Great service and the pillows are absolutely superb and couldn't be more comfortable. They give great support for my back and I was delighted that they were designed by an Orthopedic Surgeon! This lumbar pillow even has a zipper in back to remove the cover so it can be washed. I checked out a lot of lumbar pillows online and in my opinion this is the very best one and I am delighted with my choice! With anyone that sits at a computer many hours a day, I highly recommend this pillow and this Company! Even the price was great!

Review: I placed an order on 07/02/14 for an item that was said to be IN STOCK at the time and after almost 2 weeks I decided to check on my order status since I had yet to receive anything. When I went to check on the order status I saw that the current status of the order was "processing". Like I said before the item was said to be IN STOCK at the time I placed my order so I was upset as I am in charge of ordering supplies for our business and we are running very low on this product. I never received an email stating that my order would be taking longer than usual due to the item being back ordered or even a phone call. So I emailed them and asked them what the problem was and they stated that the item was back ordered.

What I can't fathom is why a business thinks it would be acceptable to list a product as "IN STOCK" and allow the customer to place the order under false pretense. What kind of business thinks it is acceptable to waste a customer's time and drag things out for 2 weeks without notifying the customer that the item has been back ordered. WHAT GIVES THESE PEOPLE THE RIGHT TO WASTE MY VALUABLE TIME??? I am now going to have to cancel my order and place it elsewhere. I'm out my time, and my employer isn't very happy with the situation either. I have to deal with this situation now because this business does not care about communicating with their customers regarding back ordered items that are advertised as being IN STOCK.Desired Settlement: Well I know that I'm not getting paid for the time i've lost on this, but the least they could do is make the changes necessary so that this doesn't happen again.

Belly Bag Review for Healthy Kin 15 April 2016

I bought the Rusch Belly Bag several months ago on a friend’s recommendation. It is absolutely SUPERB! Much better than the leg bag I used to wear, and I can wear shorts!

I can sleep thru the night with it on, just flushing it out in the morning. I have to vent it every two hours during the day according to my doctor, but I can do this much more easily just standing at the toilet venting it through my pants fly.

The bag is totally comfortable to wear during the day and much less noticeable, to me and to others, than the old leg bag. [redacted]
