We bought this mobility chair and I was skeptical about it for the money,it came in and took me ten minutes to put it together I put it on charge for about four hours my wife had cabin fever so I threw it on back of the golf cart and took her and the chair to the county fair she rode around in the grass and gravel for about four hours before it even slowed enough for me to keep up with her. It has been a blessing sense her knee surgery I would highly recommend

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately, the business is not taking responsibility for their faulty website design which caused this customer to purchase of a child's size pillow for an adult. As explained,  the business website chose the size for me by default. When I attempted to make them aware of the situation, they offer no apology or acknowledgement of misleading customers and lastly no compensation for this error. Since the pillow is enclosed in an unsealed oversized zipper case that does not even fit the pillow, the business cannot prove that the pillow was used.  They also cannot prove that their own staff did not drop a hair on the pillow.  The business claims that they responding to hygiene, however by selling a hygiene product that is not properly sealed invites disputes such as this one.  The business is behaving unfairly to its customer.

This customer previously stated that he did not like the product, not that it is defective. He is more than welcome to have the product replaced for free under the manufacturer's  warranty. They can be reached here-[redacted]

When asked for the part number from the incorrect product [redacted] received, she provided us with the exact part number that was on the original order. Unfortunately we cannot send her a different product. She is welcome to return the product that she ordered to us for a full refund.

My experience with the Healthy kin online health products organization has been nothing short of excellent. They have in every case provided the products ordered exactly as ordered and in a very timely manner. Plus the prices were absolutely unbeatable.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered product form Healthykin.com. Both times the product arrived within 2 days. Also, I find that your pricing is the best. I love to review a good client friendly company. Thanks I have recommended your site to several friends and they also have had a very positive experience. They offer very low prices and provide quick handling and delivery. They also offer a vast line of products of many manufacturers which are easy to locate on their Web site. After a recent snowstorm, I contacted Customer Service to find out when a separate part of my shipment would arrive, and they e-mailed back within an hour. I never had to wait more than 2 days for a standard delivery.

The "Bad" first.... I ordered and paid for, 7 mattress pad protectors, Size 34x36

And received Size 32x33 a size Not even offered!!

Looked for a phone # none was listed!

So I had to contact them by email. When I emailed them, They said the sizes are Approximate!!

If I want a refund, they will send me info on how to return! I said no I would like you to pay my shipping I think like 12.00

Because I could have got the next size down and saved about 15.00

No where does it say size is Approximate!!

Again I get the "same email" If I want to return it they Heathlykin.com LLC, will send me the info on how to do so!! I feel this company is selling 3 or 4 sizes of these things, and "No where" did I find it to say size is approximent!!

The good...

It came very fast! In about 2 days I think, very fast!

Packing was over the top! Great!

But much over done! For bed pads!

I ordered 7, they came bubble wrapped! Lol!

I placed an order at around noon on 02/17 and my order arrived on my doorstep at around 3 on 02/18. Very impressed with their turnaround time! Products were exactly as ordered!

HealthyKin.com delivered my purchase quickly and without hassle. Even when a package did not arrive, they replaced it immediately without issue. I will continue to use them far into the future.

They poles are very helpful to me as I have difficulty getting to a standing position if I do not have something to pull up on and hold on to. I have MS and have problem with my balance.
